My wife and I recently was thinking about purchasing a new dining room set, something a little better than the one we had, but before we purchased a new set, we prepared the room for it, We got rid of the old set, so that when we purchased and brought in the new one there would be a space for it. It was not that the old one was no longer functioning and serving a purpose, it was that while it was there it prevented us from having much more.
