It’s 2026, and pop culture is being fully dominated by two shows: Stranger Things and Heated Rivalry. In a true plot twist, Felicia has actually been watching both, which leaves Marni beyond thrilled and feeling like all is right in the world. KC had the rare experience of seeing the Stranger Things finale in a theater, and the scale, emotion, and communal energy left a real mark on him.

Marni also dives into recent releases, sharing her takes on Marty Supreme, Deliver Me From Nowhere, and the screen adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s Regretting You. Meanwhile, KC is openly disappointed to learn that Marni watched the Counting Crows documentary without him. I Hate Halloween

In big news, their listeners have been heard: they’ve unshelved Task! Marni and KC are on a roll this week, phoning in Felicia while she’s out shopping and somehow managing to turn a quick check-in into a full-on Plainview catch-up. The ladies dive into their mutual obsession with The Diplomat — the show of the moment — and Marni admits she binged most of it during her colonoscopy prep (because of course she did).

After a stretch of busy weeks, Marni and KC finally had a few quiet nights to watch TV together. Over three evenings, they made their way through the John Candy documentary on Prime and The Chair Company on HBO, both sparking nostalgia and debate. KC had thoughts. Marni had notes.

Back from a week off, Marni has a lot to cover. There are plenty of sequels and renewals to discuss. Felicia gets annoyed when Marni makes her feel bad for not knowing who Jonathan Chu is ("she doesn't get paid enough"). Marni dove into some Korean content this week, with Netflix’s top-rated movie K-Pop Demon Hunters. We Were Liars was a binge not worth the time—Marni was NOT a fan—so she saved Felicia the trouble. The documentary of the week was Mariska Hargitay’s film My Mom, Jayne on HBO Max. There's lots of fanfare around the latest season of Love on the Spectrum, and Marni also started Lena Dunham’s new Netflix series Too Much, which Felicia couldn’t get through.

We're Having a Day

Lots of news this week with Bravo's big announcements and The Studio officially greenlit for Season 2. Felicia couldn’t care less about the Real Housewives of Rhode Island, but she did manage to watch both The Last of Us and The Handmaid’s Tale this week—along with KC and Marni. While both shows are starting to feel repetitive, Jeffrey Wright’s appearance on The Last of Us was a pleasant surprise (though Pedro is definitely missed).

Marni’s favorite episode of The Studio aired this week, featuring a hilarious spoof of the Golden Globe Awards—highly recommended. Another Simple Favor is campy but fun. And Out of My Mind on Disney+ is a fantastic film for mature kids, with a strong life lesson at its core.

Four Seasons Binge + More

Felicia has quite the busy schedule, but she still managed to catch the best show of the week. Getting right to the point—both Marni and Felicia loved the new Netflix comedy The Four Seasons, starring Tina Fey and Steve Carell. With eight thirty-minute episodes, it was the perfect length and delivered plenty of laughs. Great storylines and a cameo from the man himself, Alan Alda, sealed the deal.

Felicia didn’t quite agree with Marni on Prime’s Étoile, and this week’s episode of The Last of Us felt more like housekeeping. KC, meanwhile, is stuck watching The Valley, but his love for Nathan Fielder’s update on Paramount+ leads the way for him.

A Simple Favor is on deck for weekend viewing—but honestly, everyone should stop what they’re doing and tune in to Marni’s favorite: The Four Seasons.

Felicia is Back

Felicia has returned, and it's been an emotional rollercoaster of a day following Marni's son's recital. After recapping the stage fright and proud family moment, they dive right into the news—from Justin Theroux’s wedding to show cancellations.

Felicia nails her Korean Minute, even though she can’t recall the exact name of the show (When Life Gives You Tangerines), while Marni admits to a few things she had to give up on. The Parenting on Max didn’t stick, and Good American Family was a major disappointment—Ellen Pompeo definitely didn’t hit this one out of the hospital park.

Adolescence is declared the TV masterpiece of the year, while the Karen Read ID series takes the crown for true crime pick of the week.

The Severance finale? NO NOTES.

Dope Thief also gets some love, but Marni is really looking forward to the new Apple TV series starring Seth Rogen, The Studio.

Felicia has returned from eating frog legs in Paris and is well-rested after watching most of the shows Marni had hoped she would tune into.

After discussing recent celebrity deaths, they dive right into Running Point, Kate Hudson's new Netflix show. Opinions differ—Marni quickly binged it, enjoying most of it, especially Kate’s wardrobe, while Felicia didn’t make it past the pilot.

They both loved this week’s Paradise, but Fel finds White Lotus slow so far. The ladies also debate with K.C. whether Mean Girls: The Musical is appropriate for Marni’s son, Lennon. In a shocking twist, Felicia actually loved the new Baldwins reality show.

They also cover the latest on The Traitors and Felicia’s review of Zero Day. Meanwhile, KC has officially called it quits on Love Is Blind, but Marni refuses to give it up!

"Scramming Grammy" is a new segment where Marni questions an email or text she received this week in an attempt to scam her.

Felicia watched the new Scott Foley Netflix movie, La Dolce Villa, while Marni viewed We Live in Time (did not like) but loved Apple Cider Vinegar, a documentary about Belle Gibson, a cancer scammer—which seems to be the theme of the week with Scamanda also airing.

Marni, shockingly, loved Bridget Jones: About a Boy and the new Ridley Scott docuseries, Surviving Black Hawk Down.

Kinda Busy

Marni and Felicia catch up on all things travel, Korean skincare, and babysitting on this week's podcast, including updates on upcoming season renewals and new programs—such as Black Doves 2, a King Charles documentary in the works, and Marni’s favorite, a Karen Read documentary coming to ID next month.

SNL's 50th Music Special blew the ladies away, while Here with Tom Hanks received mixed reviews. 'Paradise' on Hulu is the next series to watch, coming out next week; Marni and KC started the new TBS show, 'The Joe Schmo Show.' Marni will commit only if time allows. We all only have so much time in the day.

Felicia did not watch 'Landman,' but maybe Marni saved her an hour since she and KC did not like the new Taylor Sheridan show on Paramount. Marni and Fel watched 'Doctor Odyssey' for one reason—John Stamos and Marni could not get through even 1 episode of 'Cruel Intentions' on Prime Video. Meanwhile, Felicia started Ted Danson's new show on Netflix, 'Man on the Inside.' Marni binged 'Silo' on Apple TV and is viewing 'Say Nothing' on Hulu, enjoying both. 'RHOBH' is back with a smoking Dorit, and yes, Mauricio is still hot. Looking ahead, the ladies are excited as Wicked weekend approaches!

It's post-election time, and the ladies have no interest in discussing politics, so let's get down to what really matters—movies and television. Marni updates her mom on Hollywood news, from the high ratings of High Potential to Stranger Things approaching its final season. Both ladies watched Prime's My Old Ass, starring Maisey Stella and Aubrey Plaza. It was enjoyable—not amazing, but definitely a fun plot line. Marni's feature film of the week, which she predicts will be an Oscar contender, is Anora, a movie about a Brooklyn stripper who winds up in a chaotic mess. The script is perfect, and she highly recommends it. Marni also caught up on The Diplomat and understands why Felicia loves it. It may have been a slow week for new content, but these two still have plenty to chat about.

On Netflix, Lonely Planet was a disappointment, so don’t bother watching, while the film Saturday Night is great entertainment for all SNL fans. Anatomy of Lies is a wild ride for all Grey’s Anatomy fans, but the show of the week has to be the Tell Me Lies finale. Bringing Sexy Back

Marni is feeling much better than last week and is revved up on Gatorade, ready to report on all things media. Topics include the new Netflix series Dirty Pop on boy bands, the Love Island finale which Marni only tuned in for the water cooler chats, and Lady in the Lake, which they aren't sold on yet. The theme of the week is definitely the movie Twisters, bringing it back to even the OG film with Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt. Marni's love for Glenn Powell is running deep and only growing this summer. Hillbilly Elegy was an interesting watch with Glenn Close stealing the show, and not to be spoiled is the finale of Presumed Innocence—a must-see! Marni has started Big Brother, and the ladies unite on the new Harry Connick Jr. flick Find Me Falling on Netflix. Another fun episode with these two.

Marni starts off with some "Nods from the Pod," a new segment that shouts out listeners who fix a mistake or suggest something to view. The big news of the week in the camp community is the reopening in 2025 of Marni's camp alma mater, Camp Akiba. They dive into why Felicia sent her there at the age of 6 and why she won't be pulling her son from his current camp. They play a game to learn which celebrities went to which summer camps. Marni isn't loving her Suits binge, and Felicia is happy that she and Marni have a new show on Apple TV, Sunny, starring Rashida Jones. Felicia shocks Marni with the memory that they were once, in fact, a Nielsen family. Marni has no recollection, but it's a great way to round out the week.

The Karen Read trial has taken over Jordan, and they explain to Felicia all the players and the tea. Felicia isn't happy that Marni is throwing the police under the bus, but she truly believes Karen has been framed. All were very disappointed in the real estate reality show Owning Manhattan on Netflix. Nothing seems to be real, but The Man with 1000 Kids, on the other hand, is worth a viewing party. Back to Black was enjoyable, and Jordan should frequent more often. Lots of poop, pickles, and giggles this week!

Marni's son is away for the summer leaving her with even more time to watch all the things. The big moment of the week of course is The Bear, which Marni did finish while also reading Unreasonable Hospitality . But the ladies start off with discussing Hauk Tuah girl which Felicia did not know about. A Family Affair was enjoyable although Felicia prefers the Anne Hathway flick and the biggest argument is around the new Netflix series "America's Sweethearts." Marni also attempts to persuade Felicia to watch the Celine Dion doc which is heartbreaking, but bond over their thoughts on the finale of Dark Matter. Marni also made it to the movies to see Kind of Kindness but was not happy. Another enjoyable episode with this duo.

Felicia has just returned from a week away with her gal pals and is exhausted. Marni updates her on everything that happened, starting with a voice memo from their friend Daryn Carp, who gives a movie review. Of course, they also discuss Justin Timberlake's recent arrest. They chat about all the recent reboots, sequels, and casting announcements, including Spaceballs, Matt Bomer, Patrick Dempsey, and Milli Vanilli.

Marni's big announcement of the week is that she has finally finished nine seasons of Southern Charm and enjoyed every minute. Additionally, Marni had a busy week watching documentaries, including Hulu's 'Perfect Wife' on Sherri Papini and Netflix's 'Tell Them You Love Me', both unbelievable stories that are must-sees.

Marni is disappointed that Broadway's 'The Heart of Rock N Roll' is closing but is counting down the days until the 10 episodes of 'The Bear' drop on Hulu. Another fun episode not to be missed!

Dan Brown, TV development executive and podcast host, joins the ladies to discuss all things media this week. Dan discusses his new companion podcast on the History Channel's "Alone." They talk about their all-time favorite shows, and Marni is surprised to learn that Felicia's favorite is "MAS*H." While discussing favorite shows, they talk about the "Hot Rodent Summer." Felicia doesn't have a "Korean minute," but she manages to discuss the Asians who live around her.

Marni wants Dan's theories on the new "Traitors" cast. They deep dive the Brat Pack, "Presumed Innocent," "Hitman," and Marni's struggles with "Love Island." Uncle Barry!

The ladies introduce Uncle Barry, who is visiting from California for Marni's nephew's Bar Mitzvah. Marni needs to deep dive into this Santa photo, one of the few photos she has of the two of them, and learns a lot more about their childhood together in a one-bedroom apartment in Queens and the TV shows they used to watch. Marni and Fel are shocked to learn Uncle Barry attempted to watch JLo's "Atlas" but was completely dumfounded by how awful it was. The competition is fierce during a game of "White Lotus" or "Knives Out." Marni explains the format of the podcast, reviewing the shows of the week: "Dark Matter," "Fallen Idols," "Under the Bridge," and "Loot." Unfortunately, Uncle Barry does not subscribe to MAX, but he clearly needs to. Marni fills them in on the documentary, "Movie Pass, Movie Crash," while Barry argues why going to the movies just doesn't make sense anymore. The highlight of this episode is definitely the Korean Minute since Uncle Barry has housed two young Korean teens, also known as "parachute kids." You can't write this shit. It's got a movie written all over it. It's a great, unique listen. Stay tuned.

It's a week of dance, from TV shows to Broadway, but first, entertainment news. Marni covers it all, from TV announcements to the arrests of Nicki Minaj and Kathryn Dennis. When discussing the possibility of a JLO/Affleck split, Felicia mentions that she has already seen JLO's Netflix movie, "Atlas," which she does not recommend. There's excitement for the Brat Pack during trailer talk, and Felicia tries to name some 80s movies with these stars. Marni managed to sneak in three movies this week, including "IF," "Garfield," and "Babes," but the highlight was their field trip to NYC to see "Illinois" on Broadway, starring some "So You Think You Can Dance" winners. The finale of "SYTYCD" may not have been Felicia's favorite, but the "Illinois" dance experience was. Marni is surprised to learn that Felicia wants nothing to do with Amazon Prime's show "Fallout," but there's always Felicia's favorite, "Naked Attraction," which was mentioned by Kim K on this week's "Kardashians." The ladies are joined by Elissa Halperin, Showrunner of "Fallen Idols: Nick & Aaron Carter," airing this coming week on ID and Max. Felicia seems pretty knowledgeable about the Carter family... will she tune in?

Marni, back from California, has opted for a mushroom blend drink over her typical glass of wine, while Fel sips on her cosmo. Marni has to bring up the news of the weekend: Taylor Swift's album drop. Felicia does not give a shit about Taylor, but Marni has some fair points to share, including that Taylor is a way better role model than the pop stars she was raised with. Marni feels strongly that, though all her songs may sound the same, it's like reading her journals, and she's into it. The ladies' love of the week is the new show Sugar on Apple TV. They cannot get over how hot Colin looks in this show, and the throwback to Hollywood has them giggling with joy. They can't wait for the next episode and wish all the episodes were out. Marni praises LaLa Kent and the latest episode of The Valley, while Felicia could not stand more than 20 minutes of Grand Cayman on Hulu. In shocking news, Felicia also really thought 'Brandy Helville,' the documentary about fast fashion, was super interesting. Some throwbacks to Felicia's LCD use while Marni is feeling fine. It's another fun listen!

Felicia recaps her epic night of magic at her Plainview Clubhouse where she was chosen to partake in a fun magic bit in front of the crowd. They can't go without mentioning the update regarding Kate Middleton and some other fun entertainment news, including '9 Perfect Strangers', Natalia Grace, and Travis Kelce. Felicia gets right into it, explaining all the programs she has watched this week, surprising Marni along the way. Marni loves how Jax gets called out for blocking people on 'The Valley' and didn't love 'Palm Royale' but will stick with it. Felicia watched all 8 episodes of 'Three Body Problems' and for the first time does NOT spoil anything, unlike her spoiling the ending of the new 'Road House' movie on Prime. The women have strong feelings about the Oprah Special and are extremely disturbed by MAX's 'Quiet on Set'. Marni always loved 'Clarissa Explains It All' but now clearly Felicia is doing the explaining.

Every day, another bomb drops, which is why reality television is such a hot topic. From Jax and Brittany’s separation to Dorit’s awful reunion look, the drama never seems to end. KC even interrupts at one point reacting to Felicia's thoughts on Mauricio. Felicia shares her thoughts on the Bob Marley biopic, 'One Love,' while Marni catches up on the Oscar-nominated film, 'American Fiction.' Marni introduces a new phrase, “Felicia’d It,” when describing her hatred for the true crime doc, 'The Truth About Jim.' Of course, Felicia has her minute to rant about her favorite Korean show that she re-watches, while Marni shares her joy of 'Love is Blind' this season, plus the new JLO doc, which surprisingly features a lot of Ben Affleck. While discussing Vanderpump Rules, Marni receives a text from Felicia, who wants to go to bed, so they get her on the horn. Felicia and Marni loved the first three episodes of New Look, but, of course, she dropped Naked Attraction for the women in Palm Beach. Jordan loves the relationship between Marni and Felicia, which goes above and beyond.
