Red K Elders - Leaving my own Advertising agency to become a hermit

This episode of the podcast I speak to Red K Elders the ethereal graphite artist that draws the Gods.
Sandra Ishkanes - From Genetic Engineering to changing the face of the menopause without HRT

On our first episode of the podcast I am joined by the incredibly talented Sandra Ishkanes BSc, MA, DipION who shares her inspirational journey from Molecular Biology (Genetic engineering to you and I) to her mission to change the face of women's reproductive health through her practice of functional medicine.

No! Not That way! This way! Is a place to explore what happens when we listen to, or ignore our gut feeling. That inner wisdom that I believe can guide us all if we let it. This is a place to tell the stories of how our work and lives are shaped by tuning in, or very often tuning out of our own inner wisdom and the interesting, inspiring and often wonky paths that can lead so many of us down. I am lucky enough to have worked in 5 industries, Film, Costume, Luxury Events in Tech and Food & Wine so this is a place where I will be asking my friends from across these industries what has led them to where they are now, and where is the wonky path…I discuss all things gut in depth with the amazing Sandra Ishkanes.

Not only has Sandra forged a path with her own intuitive gut, she has healed countless patients' actual guts too and changed 1000's of women's lives with her groundbreaking alternative approach to HRT the Perimenofix program. Trust me, I know as she has changed my life.

If you would like to connect with her then you can on IG HERE and to view more information via her website it’s HERE

I hope you enjoyed this episode and I look forward to seeing you next time. Please do get in touch and support us by giving us a like and sharing with your friends. Also, if you’re listening on Apple Podcasts I’d love for you to leave me a review and a ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ rating.

You can also come and say hello on IG @clarissa.bromelle

If you have a question or would like to share your story then you can also email me HERE

Thank you’s

I would like to thank my amazing and very patient producer Flo over at @peachy.pod she makes everything dreamy. I would also like to thank my son Zebediah who has nagged me to do this for ages, this is very much for him.
