European society is urbanizing, gentrification affects working-class communities, and the refugee crisis has fueled political division. There's an increasingly unreached rural population. And last year, Europe was the first of our Acts 29 networks to be hard-hit by COVID-19. All of these things impact church planting there. Philip Moore joins me on the podcast today to discuss church planting in Europe. Philip is originally from Northern Ireland. In 2006 he moved to France to pastor a church in the Paris area—since then, that church has planted three daughter churches and a church in the center of Paris. Philip is one of Acts 29's Associate Directors, as well as the Network Director for Europe.
