Well this weeks episode went all over the place we touched on being a parent and Disney, dating, being single, loss of a good friend, and our question of the week was kinda weird but funny. Have a listen we did minimal editing on this episode cause it was so free flowing. Item of note we are participating in the Podcasthon this week in support of the Trevor Project. Please donate! It’s an important organization supporting our LGBTQ+ youth. Recently this administration removed support for LGBTQ+ youth with the national 988 suicide prevention hotline. Infuriating we now so support the Trevor Project with a donation if you can. It could mean the world to some kid out there.

This week we are pleased to introduce you to Brian Saber a member of the LGBTQ+ community and we talked to him about becoming a gay parent and the process of adopting. This weeks show opens the door to how he became a parent and his adoption process and parenting in NYC and New Jersey. We discuss coming out as an adult and how that can be difficult. The struggles of that and raising kids and choices made. Living in Palm Springs “gayville”. A comparison of being a parent in New Jersey vs living in a LGBTQ+ positive community and how It is an adjustment. Fondly talking about the comparisons of the two communities and raising a child.
