Meet Mary and Carla Smiley, the two identical twins disrupting the aesthetics industry.

Given their fitting surname, you would think they’ve always worked in aesthetics, but that isn’t the case…

As medical professionals, we work in an industry that is heavily controlled by the government. Among other things, the government sets the prices of health services through Medicare, and these prices are then used as a reference point by private insurance companies.
