<itunes:summary>My guest today is Poonam Malpani. She is a dance crazy color freak, a people hugger, an ear-to-ear smiler and a spirited lover. Ever since she remembers being, she remembers being an artist. she relies very heavily on her intuition in life and especially in her art. she loves and practices many forms of art like, painting, body painting, designing clothes, mixed media and dance, as art comes to her almost effortlessly. It's the joy of creating something that does not already exist in the world that excites her the most. she believes each piece of art carries lifelike energies of its creator and to her, that is pure magic.

Art helps her understand who she truly is while she gets lost in creation! It has given her a purpose. The purpose of sharing this gift as authentically as she can with herself and others around her, because ART HEALS!
she is extremely passionate about all people and things she loves and she tries her best to nurture it as the power of love gives her prana, the energy of life! :)

In this episode, we spoke about the importance of meditation, the quest of discovering thyself and the impact of art in her life.

She also believes that her country is an endless source of inspiration, her roots are in Lebanon and it shows in many of her projects:

- A few years ago, she founded a startup called "Koullouna": an e-commerce subscription box that bridged the gap between her home country and the rest of the world, supporting the Lebanese producers, designers and entrepreneurs.
- She also co-wrote a book ("Losing touch") about the disappearing and artisan trades of Beirut, telling the stories of 50 trade workers and showcasing their talent, dignity and humility.

<itunes:summary>My guest today is Emma Stocking she was born and raised in France, between Paris and a beautiful forest. She first studied literature and then got her Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School, where she completed the social entrepreneurship major. Emma then worked for about 10 years in the development of social and environmental projects, between the US, Asia and Europe. In recent years, she"s been focusing on storytelling for a better future, working closely with change-makers and artists, and writing her own novel! She recently joined The Shift Project, a think tank advocating the transition to a post-carbon economy.

Emma is a beautiful human being and I had the immense please to discuss with her many topics. We spoke about grief, circular economy, changing the narratives, imagination and of course how to make our planet better for future generations. </itunes:summary>

Fiona Henham on blurred lines, finding and forging identity.

My guest today is Fiona Henham, she was born in London to an Indian mother from Tanzania and an English father but grew up in the UK, Hong Kong, and Perth, Australia.
She spent her twenties doing odd jobs in Norway, London, Marseille, Melbourne, Prague, Paris and even briefly in Lagos, Nigeria. She is Constantly chopping & changing cities, career interests; networks, boyfriends; people who know her describe her as at worst volatile or at best as a free-spirit.
Sense of self, belonging and self-esteem is a slippery fish for her; even at the ripe age of 35. Fiona thinks that who we are and who we see ourselves as is inextricably linked to others: origin, place, job title, shared experience, friends, family, status, etc.
She is gregarious, curious and open but also and mortified by her own existence. She doesn't know where she fits in and it's not always a comfortable place to be. She feels like an imposter everywhere she goes and she ends up seeking validation from others. but along the journey, she learned many lessons and today she is sharing them with us. Fiona didn't come alone today, she brought her 7 months old son, George, that you will be hearing during the conversation so apologies for the little cute sounds that Georges made.

<itunes:summary>Meet Aravind Ravichandran. In this episode, we take a small trip to Space and we discuss how its technologies can help us move towards a more sustainable and exciting future. We also discuss how can we learn from failures, the benefits of meditation and spirituality, and finally we attempt to understand how can we find a balance between being rational while allowing ourselves to have some irrational thinking.

Aravind is a multidisciplinary professional who aims to be a consciously good human whilst attempting to leave the world in a better place than which he found. He tries to be a curious generalist always tending towards the path of "jack of all trades & master of none". Originally from India, he moved to Europe in 2014, and since then has lived in 6 European cities and traveled to over 40 countries. Currently, he is exploring how space technologies would help us move towards a sustainable and exciting future.</itunes:summary>
