<itunes:summary>In this episode, I sit down with Melissa, also known as The Kindergarten Mom, to talk about redefining what a fulfilling career can look like after kids.

Melissa shares how becoming a mom shifted her perspective on work, success, and time, and how she found a renewed passion for teaching by starting a social media platform dedicated to supporting parents and educators.

We talk about the decision to slow down, step away from the traditional “full-time” path, and transition into part-time work to be more present with her three kids, without completely walking away from her career.

This conversation is for anyone who feels torn between wanting to work and wanting to be there for their family… and is wondering if there’s another way.</itunes:summary>

Style Isn’t About Size: Dressing Your Body After Kids with Renata Farbman

In this episode, I sit down with Renata Farbman, a body shape stylist who turned her own post-motherhood experience into a powerful mission.

After having two kids, Renata found herself in a body she didn’t recognize, and like so many women, she struggled to feel confident in her clothes. Instead of trying to “bounce back,” she chose a different path: learning how to dress the body she had, not the one she used to have.

Today, she helps women transform the way they look and feel — not by changing their bodies, but by changing how they see and style themselves.

We talk about:
• The emotional impact of body changes after motherhood
• Why most women are dressing for the wrong body
• How style can become a tool for confidence and identity
• Simple shifts that can instantly change how you feel in your clothes

This conversation is a reminder that confidence isn’t about size, it’s about alignment and balance. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

What if the thing slowly taking you away from yourself doesn’t look like a problem… until it is?

In this episode, I sit down with Skye Katz to talk about her deeply personal journey through motherhood and into sobriety. We unpack how alcohol can quietly weave itself into everyday life, especially in seasons of overwhelm, identity shifts, and pressure to “hold it all together.”

Skye opens up about the moment she realized something had to change, the challenges of getting sober as a mother, and what it actually took to rebuild her life on the other side of addiction.

This conversation is honest, emotional, and incredibly important—for any woman who has ever questioned her habits, her coping mechanisms, or who she’s becoming.

Because sometimes, losing yourself is what finally brings you back ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

Ambition vs. Motherhood: Do Women Really Have to Choose?

Can a woman be deeply ambitious and deeply present as a mother?

Or are we still living in a system that quietly forces us to sacrifice one for the other?

In this powerful and honest conversation, Dr. Rimma Teper shares her experience raising five children in a blended family while navigating ambition, identity, and modern motherhood.

We talk about:
• The hidden cost of corporate ambition on motherhood
• Why “equality” and “balance” are not the same thing
• Whether feminism accidentally pushed women into a system that doesn’t support them
• Why flexible work isn’t a luxury for mothers, it’s essential
• The tension between building a career and being present at home

For decades, society has framed ambition and motherhood as opposing forces, as if women must choose one at the expense of the other.

But what if the real solution isn’t choosing… it’s redesigning?

This episode is honest, nuanced, and yes, a little controversial.
If you’ve ever felt pulled between career success and being the mother you want to be, this one is for you. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

<itunes:summary>In this episode of ItMom, I sit down with Rachel Ostro, CEO of Valeria Inc. and Creator Method, who is currently pregnant with her third child while raising two toddlers and running two multimillion dollar businesses.

And naturally… I had questions.

How does she structure her days, weeks, months?
What does support actually look like in her home?
How does she stay present as a mom while leading at such a high level?

Rachel shares the real systems she uses to create structure in what can feel like chaos, from calendar boundaries to delegation, outsourcing and mindset shifts that have helped her stay grounded in both motherhood and leadership.

If you’ve ever wondered:
“Can I build something meaningful and be a present mom?”
This episode is for you.

I Wasn’t Just a Mom Anymore: I Became a Medical One

In this deeply moving episode of ItMom, I’m joined by Alana Kayfetz, a mother of four, business coach, and medical mom, who shares her honest and vulnerable journey through a version of motherhood few are prepared for.

Alana opens up about becoming a medicalized mom when her third child, Henry, was born with a rare genetic condition. She takes us behind the scenes of navigating hospital stays, therapies, and constant uncertainty, while still showing up for her other children, her marriage, and herself.

We talk about what it means to raise a large family while caring for a medically fragile child, the emotional weight of everyday decisions, and the deeply personal choice to welcome a fourth baby in the midst of it all. This conversation is about grief and joy coexisting, about strength that isn’t loud, and about redefining what it means to be a “good mother” when the rules no longer apply.

This episode is for any mom who has ever felt stretched between love and fear, responsibility and longing—and who needs to hear that she is not alone. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

The One Word Rule: How Simplifying My Goals Changed My Entire Life

Five years ago, I stopped making New Year’s resolutions and chasing long goal lists. Instead, I started following The One Word Rule, a simple but powerful way of focusing on one core intention or one meaningful area of my life at a time.

This shift didn’t just help me avoid the familiar disappointment at the end of each year. It helped me recognize how often I was unconsciously setting myself up for failure by trying to improve every area of my life all at once.

By simplifying my focus, I created real momentum, and in under five years, I completely turned my life around.

In this solo episode, I share my personal take on goal setting, why traditional methods never worked for me, and how I created and applied The One Word Rule to build the life I’m living today.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by a long list of resolutions or pressure to “do it all” this year, this episode might be exactly what you need. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

You Don’t Get Your Old Body Back, You Build a New One

In this episode of ItMom, I sit down with Elena to talk honestly about what happens to your body and mind after becoming a mother. The truth no one really prepares you for is that you don’t get your old body back, but you do get the chance to build a new one.

Elena shares her journey navigating motherhood, mental health, and emotional regulation, and how movement and wellness became a form of support rather than punishment. We talk about working out for mental health, not aesthetics, using movement to regulate stress and anxiety, and releasing the pressure to “bounce back” to who you once were.

This conversation is about rebuilding with compassion, creating routines that support your nervous system, and redefining strength in a season where everything changes. If you’ve ever struggled to recognize yourself after motherhood or felt conflicted about fitness and body image, this episode is for you. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

Presence Over Performance: Rewriting the Narrative of Modern Motherhood

In this special episode of ItMom, the roles are reversed as I step into the guest seat and am interviewed by Courtney. Together, we explore the shift from hustle and girlboss culture toward a more intentional, presence-led way of living and mothering.
We talk openly about the privilege of pausing, what it means to step back in a society that glorifies constant productivity, and how allowing myself to slow down reshaped my identity as a mother and as a woman. This conversation unpacks the quiet pressure many women carry to always perform, achieve, and prove, even during the most vulnerable seasons of life.
This episode is an invitation to question the narratives we’ve inherited, to redefine success on our own terms, and to embrace presence as a powerful and radical choice. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

Between Two Worlds: Motherhood, Identity & Belonging

In this episode of ItMom, I sit down with Courtney, a mixed Black and white woman and a mother of two, who grew up in a white family in a predominantly white neighborhood and had to navigate social assumptions and disapproval from both sides.

Courtney opens up about her childhood and how those experiences shaped her as a mother, bringing a unique and deeply personal cultural perspective into motherhood. While these topics can feel heavy, this ended up being one of the most fun, lighthearted, and laughter-filled conversations I’ve had on the podcast.

This is a must-listen for anyone who has ever felt like they don’t quite belong. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.

<itunes:summary>In this episode of ItMom, I sit down with Courtney, a mixed Black and white woman and a mother of two, who grew up in a white family in a predominantly white neighborhood and had to navigate social assumptions and disapproval from both sides.

This is a must-listen for anyone who has ever felt like they don’t quite belong.</itunes:summary>

Doing It All Almost Broke Me

This episode is a hard one for me to share, but I feel I owe it to other mothers who, just like me, are trying to keep up with the unspoken expectation that we can, and should, do it all.

For a long time, I believed I could. I was juggling motherhood, work, and everything in between, convincing myself that slowing down wasn’t an option. Until one day, my body forced me to stop. What was later diagnosed as a severe panic attack left me in the hospital, unable to see, hear, or speak. In that moment, I genuinely thought I was dying, and that I’d never see my kids again.

Looking back now, I realize our bodies aren’t built to run on empty. They whisper to us through exhaustion and overwhelm, and when we don’t listen, they scream. I’m sharing my story because I know I’m not alone, and so many mothers are quietly burning out under the weight of unrealistic expectations.

There is a better way. It starts with recognizing our limits, honoring the season we’re in, and learning to care for ourselves first, not last. ✨ Here, it’s all about you.
