Diana has been living in Kingston for about 23 years. Diana came to the US at the age of 3.

David attended to the High School of Performance of Art and later earned degrees in Music Therapy, Music Education, and Media Design and Technology at SUNY New Paltz, NY Medical College, and Full Sail University.

Presently David, is a musician and videographer building a multimedia creative arts center in Saugerties, NY that he describe as: A collaborative, state-of-the art, media, education, and performance center, offering creatives an opportunity to rehearse, perform, record and archive the visual and audio, components of original works in a deeply focused and supportive environment, free of distractions and competing activities.

Neal was born in Kingston , and has lived in Saugerties his entire life. He got into the pharmaceutical field through a career selection program in high school at Saugerties High. “I got a job at Beadles Pharmacy in Saugerties as a teenager,” he says,

What Is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) represents a relatively new discipline dating back to the mid-70's. NLP is a synthesis, organized by two primary co-founders, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, which draws from the genius of Virginia Satir, Dr. Milton Erickson, Fritz Perls, Gregory Bateson, and the field of General Semantics.

A systematic study of human performance. NLP shows how the structure of subjective experience can be broken down into its smallest components (chunks), and changed, modified, improved upon, or removed. There is a great deal of overlap between NLP and Brief, Solution-Oriented Therapy. NLP is valuable wherever human communication skills can enhance results - in business consultation, management, negotiation, education, counseling, therapy, relationships, parenting, nursing, public speaking, sports performance, and many other areas.

Neuro-Linguistic Healing™ is the application of the primary concepts of NLP toward a focus of healing, both self, and others.

It is somewhat inevitable and actually of great value that each person who becomes a healer brings their own particular past skills and competencies to bear in their individual approach.

For me, growing up in a musical household, and having had a lifelong love affair with music, it was quite natural that sooner or later, I would begin to appreciate some of the applications of sound and music for healing purposes.

Five years later, Bryan decided to continue his education at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He completed his externship at Jacques Torres Chocolates in NYC. However, it wasn’t until Bryan made chocolate from bean to bar with Chef Peter Greweling that an interest in the history and science of chocolate and confectionery was sparked. Since, Bryan has educated himself on the science, technique, and craft of handmade chocolate.

Ben is unique in the wellness community in New York City because of his combination hands-on healing skills and his approach to building community in the fitness and wellness providers.

Ben believes in a multi-tiered approach to healing: mind, body, spirit, and community. He aims all of his efforts towards providing stable, responsive, and adaptive environments for arising needs to be met.

In Woodstock Arts, Ben practices an Integrative style of Acupuncture, a combination of Japanese, Chinese, Trigger Point, and 5 Element Acupuncture. His background in yoga and buddhism ground his work in a foundation of compassion for all beings.Ben began his career in 2002 after graduation from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.

Corinne Trang is also the award-winning author of several books including the most recently published “Switch It Up: A Fresh Take on Quick and Easy Diabetes-Friendly Recipes for a Balanced Life” (2017), "Asian Flavors Diabetes Cookbook" (ADA, 2012), "Noodles Every Day" (2009), "Curry Cuisine" (2007), "The Asian Grill" (2006), "A Food Lover's Companion: Vietnamese" (2006)," "Essentials of Asian Cuisine" (2003), and "Authentic Vietnamese Cooking" (1999), and has contributed to many more including "The Encyclopedia of Food & Culture" (Scribners & Sons, 2006).

She has served as spokesperson to various national brands and commodities such as Kame and Thai Kitchen. Dubbed the "Julia Child of Asian Cuisine" by the Washington Post, she is a frequent television and radio guest and has appeared on national, regional, and cable network including NBC's Today Show, CBS's Early Morning Show, PBS, FOX News, ABC, CNN, Lifetime, Discovery, Food Network, Sirius, Business Talk Radio, National Public Radio, and Bloomberg to name a few. She has written for numerous publications including Saveur, Food & Wine, Fine Cooking, Islands, Gourmet, Cooking Light, and Bon Appetit, and has taught and lectured internationally.

She has worked as a food consultant to not-for-profits, developing mindful cooking workshops for children and adults alike. She maintains a holistic health and nutrition practice integrating yoga, meditation, and mindful food practices. Trang is also the founder of Liquid Gold Tea, a wholesale and retail source for handcrafted premium whole leaf tea, Gong Fu Cha tea service, Cha Dao meditation, private instruction and custom tea events.

I seek consensus solutions and want to see Shandaken, Olive, Denning, and Hardenburg benefit from the exciting energy that is beginning to flow in the Hudson River Valley and Catskills, an energy that enriches our lives while encouraging effective management of our natural resources.
