In this episode we discuss self sabotaging in relationships, especially cheating, using the Katlego Maboe incident as an example. We're guided by an article describing the 10 Ways That Men Self Sabotage Relationships. We get into the circumstances that create people who make bad decisions and on the importance of good decision making especially when others such as children and partners are involved. In which of the 10 ways have you sabotaged your relationship/s? How do we see it for what it is? And most importantly how do we heal, so that as a society we produce healthy individuals who get involved in and maintain healthy relationships that build everyone involved, instead of breaking us down to our current state?

Today's episode is part one of a topic that we need to and intend to keep discussing. In this episode we are mostly in disagreement about the root causes of gender based violence in our country. It's a heated debate since we're triggered and offended as individuals as we go back and forth over topics such as men are trash, victim blaming and justification for rape and murder. Rah is convinced the hatred for women that leads to femicide in our country is instilled by toxic mothers(toxic matriarchy) and their narcissistic abuse of their boy children. The same abuse which raises daughters addicted to abused/abusive men, who are likely to trigger them by following the same pattern of abuse they learnt from their mothers. Rejoyce and Vway are convinced it's patriarchal societal pressure through the media and other males spreading that toxic masculinity that leads to women dying. We would love to hear your thoughts as we unpack this deep dark topic and prepare for part two.
