      <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>127 Hours with a Film Kid:</strong> In what Brooke promises is the last Oscar update before the Oscars, we discuss the change in program this year, and why 8 categories will not be shown during the broadcast. </p><p><strong>Licorice Pizza: </strong>After Lindsey threatens to write extremely personal fanfiction, we discuss the desire to be head empty, but the unfortunate weight of consciousness that caused us to absolutely hate this film. </p><p><strong>Adventureland:</strong> Lindsey contemplates one man’s chokehold on a suburban town’s weed market.       <description><![CDATA[<p>A special (belated) episode, meaning November is is still spooky month  - which is Brooke's true nightmare. </p><p><strong>127 Hours with a Film Kid: </strong>Brooke gives a quick IATSE update, followed by Netflix's employee walkout, and Ruby Rose's allegations against CW/WBTV. </p><p><strong>Us: </strong>A surprise pairing caused directly by Lindsey, we manage to discuss the reasons we don't want kids (mainly their ability to see shadow people), a new conspiracy Lindsey has concocted around the restaurant industry, and when is the time for men to stop being allowed to make decisions. </p><p><strong>Replicas: </strong> In a movie where there are literally no consequences despite setting up all of the immediate consequences, we discuss how a man ineptly tries to get away with murdering his entire family, despite not murdering his entire family. Plus, the worst dinner party ever is one where Christopher Columbus is a central conversation and Lindsey pitches her own better dinner party: stealing the formalwear from retirees. </p><p><strong>13 Going on 30: </strong>Lindsey explains the true nature of the magic spell, while Brooke laments that she ever forgot about how enjoyable Mark Ruffalo is.
