Coach Jones most recently coached at Clark Atlanta University, marking the latest stop in a long coaching career that has helped shape countless athletes along the way. Before reaching the college level, Coach Jones built a strong reputation in Georgia high school football with coaching stops that included Riverdale, Lovejoy, Dutchtown, and Mount Zion (Jonesboro). Known for his tough, disciplined style and player-first approach, he’s coached multiple athletes who went on to play at the next level. Tonight we’re talking about how recruiting has changed over the years — from mailing VHS tapes and relying on word of mouth to today’s world of social media exposure, camps, recruiting services, and NIL. We’ll also discuss what recruits, parents, and coaches need to understand to navigate the modern recruiting landscape.
