Aside from being a bad ass, she also saves lives as an EMT medic on film sets. Vanessa dives deep into starting off as an EMT medic before getting into the arts. Because of having what she calls "Stereotypical Asian Parents". She explains her struggle of having first generational parents and the pressure of becoming someone she's not. After going against the grain of the path that was set for her, she's become happier and more fulfilled. Here on the Artistry Drop we feel there are many other people out there who struggle with first generational parents or going against the grain in general. We hope Vanessa's story inspires others to choose their own path and create their own happiness from within.

Being an avid gamer she explains how most people going into twitch and other artistry with the intent of earning money instead of doing it for the love. Although, she is talented in many aspects of art, she explains how she would never consider it a career because the stress of making money and considering it a job would take away the beauty of the passion. In this episode, we wanted to highlight that its not all about the money. Passion cannot be bought and people in the industry will recognize true passion. If you are passionate enough to do it for free then money will come down the road. Believe in yourself and believe in your dream!

She explains how social media only shows the bright side of things and never what it took to get there. She has now matured in the field and dives deep into what it takes to overcome the toxic side of social media as a human being. As an artist, we all struggle with different levels of toxicity from social media and we hope Jeserey's story inspires others like she inspired us.
