The horror film 'Neulbom Garden', based on the three most haunted houses in South Korea following Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital and Yeongdeok Hoejib in Gyeongbuk, has confirmed its August release.

'Neulbom Garden' (Director Koo Tae-jin) is a film that depicts the beginning of an inescapable horror that occurred in Neulbom Garden in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, one of the three most haunted houses in Korea, following Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital and Gyeongbuk Yeongdeok Hoejib.

The legend of Neulbom Garden has been introduced as a horror experience site by horror YouTubers and has also been a hot topic through numerous media outlets, such as actual ghost hunter experiences. It has become widely known as a holy place for ghost stories due to the continuous strange sightings of unidentified things.

'Gonjiam', which was released in 2018, mobilized an unusually high 2.67 million viewers for a Korean horror film, becoming the first successful case of a film set in one of the three most haunted houses in Korea.

In particular, the directing of the film 'Neulbom Garden' is even more anticipated as it is the first megaphone directed by Director Koo Tae-jin, who produced 'Rangjong', which sparked a domestic occult craze.

Here, actress Jo Yoon-hee, who recently showed impressive acting in the SBS drama 'Resurrection of the Seven', will challenge her first horror film, and will be co-starring with Kim Joo-ryeong from the global hit Netflix 'Squid Game' to deliver an unforgettable and intense horror performance.
