If we have empathy, awareness and we aren't in total denial of whats happening all around us *particularly if you exist in the BIPOC majority of the global population and are constantly affected by the wrath of corporate colonialism*, chances are you've been experiencing some levels of grief and suffering in this time. There are countless factors we could point to as causes of this suffering , but how often do we focus on healing? How often do we make safe space for how painful healing can be?
