Liminal Broadcast

An exploration of intersections, none of us are the boxes you put us in. We are everything and the space between everything. We are timeless, formless as well as fully present in our physical awareness. Our lives are a journey to find our true selves and our reasons for living. This podcast is a place for us to explore what we already know (what we've been conditioned to forget) and to understand our power is really in the energy that is the "in-between".

Hopeful Hopelessness

I don't know about you but it's quite easy for me to feel hopeless. If we have empathy, awareness and we aren't in total denial of whats happening all around us *particularly if you exist in the BIPOC majority of the global population and are constantly affected by the wrath of corporate colonialism*, chances are you've been experiencing some levels of grief and suffering in this time. There are countless factors we could point to as causes of this suffering , but how often do we focus on healing? How often do we make safe space for how painful healing can be? Our only way out of this is through... can we find hope in the hopelessness? Let's share some tools.

Death, Multiple Lives & Revolution

From as far back as I can remember, death was something I felt close too and that I was never afraid of. Some part of me always knew that it wasn't the end, that energy was constantly in motion even when I didn't have the vocabulary to describe it. But what do we do when we live in a world that actively wants so many of us to die, or at least to be afraid of the prospect of death. What does revolution look like in a society that would rather self implode then face it's true nature. Lets talk about it...

White Supremacy, Colonization & Healing

If we cant talk about the ways white supremacy and colonization affect our ability to heal (not just Black, Indigenous and other melinated peoples, but EVERYONE) then this may not be the the episode for you. But if you are in a place of willingness to accept this (either by will or by force) then i'd love for us to begin this conversation of what does healing look like with this crushing oppression around/inside of us. Its painful, its ugly and none of us are immune to it's causes and effects, but we don't have to be guilty or victims to it either. Lets begin the process of believing we can heal together.

This podcast is not about me, but there are parts of my story that led me to this work. Come hang out with me and lets begin to explore the liminal space between the material and energetic realms. This world is an intense place, but we can be empowered enough to not be overwhelmed by it... lets talk about how!
