      <itunes:summary>Hello and Welcome!
Today, my guest is Hunter Stahl. He and I helped found a fraternity on the campus of Central Michigan University. He is a leader, a brother, and someone who you can trust to have your back.
Since graduating, Hunter and I picked up the love of running on our own timelines. We’ve encouraged each other from afar as we continue with our day to day activities. Luckily, we were able to find time to sit together over zoom to discuss what makes strong leaders, how to form strong teams, and how to take the next step after a failure.

Ladies and Gentlemen...welcome to episode 5 of I Will Not Quit</itunes:summary>
