Why was Kim's Convenience cancelled? Fortress of Solitude's Sergio Pereira and Lois Qutob discuss how it's one of the worst mistakes in TV history. Set it Toronto, Kims Convenience starred Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Simu Liu, Jean Yoon and Andrea Bang as a Korean family who encounter both hilarious and heartfelt situations. It was a sitcom that constantly hit high ratings, but the plug was pulled on it after the showrunner left. It's a baffling decision that makes no sense, since Kim Convenience brought a whole lot of heart and hilarity in equal doses. We'll certainly miss Mr. Kim's convenience store and his family!
