In this episode, we delve into the question, 'What is Spirituality?'

This thought-provoking topic is often met with a wide array of perspectives, and as you know at Erah, we aim to challenge conventional commentary and push the boundaries of understanding.

There are a lot of popular interpretations of spirituality that have shaped our societal and individual beliefs. The majority of our actions, conscious & unconscious, are in some way influenced by religious, philosophical, or traumatic worldviews. we may just be able to break through to the 'universal love' so many wisdom teachers of the past have spoken about.

Throughout this contemplation, continue to stay open to what wants to be shared with you. Contemplation, much like meditation, is multifaceted. It grants a very private and intimate look into what is living within. It invites us to challenge the facts we hold as truth & encourages us to look again. To explore this topic for ourselves & eventually open a larger, more inclusive dialogue with all we touch with our work & life.

Welcome back friends!

Wow it's been a little bit since I've been able to come on here and have a sit down with you all. The past 3 months have been heavy. Filled with a lot of growth & transformation as I dove deep into shadow aspects of myself that haven't been touched in years. My personal goal is to be able to look in the mirror and truly love the soul I see staring back at me, and in order to do that we have to do the work. Show up everyday, even when it seems like there's no point, and integrate the medicine of love.
