Adult Neurodivergence - ADHD

It is season two of our show we are excited to take a different approach to talking about inclusivity, equity, and belonging, focusing on the stories of two members of our Channel Company Team.

Here Cass McMann talks with Stephanie Ramsey about neurodiversity and ADHD, whose career path has always landed her in fast-paced fields like technology and auto racing. Little did she know that there was a reason she was drawn to these kinds of industries. It wasn’t until this mother of three made some discoveries about one of her children that she unlocked the reason behind many of her choices. Now with three decades of career experience behind her, Steph can harness the power of ADHD and being neurodivergent to her advantage and she sees it as a superpower rather than a disability.
