Simona Pop works in Community strategy for Status, a product which aspires to be a next generation social app and crypto wallet all at once, emphasising privacy.

She is a major contributor in Ethereum ecosystem development, education and developer resources, working with ETH Global and leading programming for events such as ETHDenver and DevCon.

Empowerment is a consistent theme in her work. Providing access and opportunity for people. Looking beyond the niche community that much of web3 and DeFi exists in as of 2021.

This focus was well aligned in Simona's previous role as co-founder of the Bounties Network, allowing people to earn crypto by completing tasks, a protocol that has since been built upon further by Gitcoin. Bringing all kinds of funding to early stage builders in open technology.

As the Editor of DeFi Rate and a contributor at The Defiant, Cooper writes high quality posts and informative breakdown threads on Twitter for all things happening in DeFi and crypto. He’s a social token manager for the music artist RAC, who released $TAPE on Zora in May 2020 as a tokenized collectible of a physical cassette tape, originally priced at $20 and now $1478. Felipe Duarte is an artist and activist. Host of Mess Adoption podcast and the Main Catalyst at Agency, a new media DAO. Originally from Brazil, where he experienced protest movements and social upheaval first hand. He’s been based from Berlin the past four years. Since 2018, he's worked in communications with DAOstack, and is the principal designer for DAOfest. He also designed the DAO Canvas, a toolkit for anyone wanting to create a DAO.
