She started her dietetics degree by getting her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Rutgers University where she double minored in Biology and Psychology. From there, she went on to complete her internship and master’s degree to become a dietitian at Wellness Workdays where she had an emphasis in Sports Nutrition and Entrepreneurship. Since becoming an RD, Patricia has had the opportunity to work with multiple populations most notably, the United States Rowing Team, weight loss surgery, diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular disease, renal disease and most recently, geriatrics. When Patricia isn't working at her full-time job, she is increasing her social media presence. Patricia hopes to reach larger audiences of working women like herself using an anti-diet, individualized approach in nutrition and fitness. Her mission is to help others become more curious and excited about food and find exercises that they enjoy so they can achieve overall health without the added stresses of weight loss and dieting How will the audience benefit from you as a guest regarding as health & wellness, nutrition, diet, weight-loss, or fitness expert or author? This is evidenced by the shelves and shelves of books you’ll find on the subject at any used book store. While many of these books are great in theory, they fall apart when they encounter the real world.</p><p>What sets Aaron’s methods apart is that they grounded in reality. He speaks to the busy fathers who struggle with their health as the result of the demands of family and career; who desire a fit body, but have given up because it seems out of their reach.</p><p>Aaron is a coach, podcaster, blogger and creator of the Diesel Dad Army. Aaron lives in Chattanooga, TN and enjoys walking his 4 dogs, spending time with his family and listening to marketing podcasts.</p><p>After struggling with my health and weight in my late 30's, and was able to discover extraordinary energy and vibrant health. I hope to serve as an inspiration to other men in a similar situation.</p><p>My goal for 2022 is to help 200 Entrepreneur Dads Lose 20 pounds & Get the energy to ignite their business. After suffering a heart attack and being diagnosed with sarcoidosis, Terri started her entrepreneurial journey as a ghost writer. She’s written primarily autobiographies for public figures, local celebrities, and ordinary people with extraordinary stories of victory over life’s setbacks. She also blogged for a billion-dollar online retail company and managed proposals written to secure multi-million-dollar government contracts.</p><p>In 2012, after 12 years of searching for relief from the serious and chronic nuances of sarcoidosis, Terri was introduced to a raw, plant-based, uncooked, unprocessed way of eating. She went from one day eating a Standard American Diet (SAD) to the next day eating 100% raw and got rid of all symptoms of sarcoidosis and fibroid tumors in just seven days. Over the next several months, she offed 30 lbs of fat. It’s been 10 years of being 90% raw, enjoying delicious, nutritionally dense, high protein meals the way nature intended and Terri is still disease-free.</p><p>In 2020, after 22 years as a ghostwriter, Terri switched gears slightly to book- writing coach so she could fulfill a long term goal of advocating for baby boomers, caregivers, and elders regarding their health and end-of-life strategies.
