Science and The Bible: Astonishing Parallels( Part 2).

**Title: The Harmonious Dance of Science and the Bible: Astonishing Parallels**

Introduction:

In this thought-provoking episode, we invite you to join me on an enthralling exploration of the profound synergy between science and the Bible. Often revered for their distinctive realms, we reveal an astonishing revelation: the Bible, written millennia ago, holds within its verses profound insights that seamlessly align with modern scientific discoveries.

Before we delve into the fascinating parallels we have in store, I encourage you to revisit Episode 7 of our podcast. I unveiled two remarkable scientific facts that bridge the gap between science and the Bible. In the same episode, I shared a personal narrative of my faith journey, highlighting my curiosity-driven quest to unearth these captivating truths.

Now, let's journey further into this mesmerizing intersection of knowledge.

1) Pioneering Hand Hygiene:

In the 19th century, a visionary Hungarian doctor unveiled the astonishing power of hand washing in eradicating germs, an idea initially met with skepticism and mockery. What's incredible is that the very concept of washing hands under running water to eliminate impurities was articulated in Leviticus 15:13, long before its scientific validation.

2) The Integrated Triad: Mind, Body, and Spirit:

Intriguingly, the Bible, dating back to 950 B.C., presented a profound interconnectedness between the mind, body, and spirit, an idea resonating with modern holistic health.
Why do Bad Things Happen to Good People? ( With Cynthia Banza ).

Jeanine Banza: Cool

Jeanine Banza: why do bad things happen to good people?

Jeanine Banza: Today, we are exploring the second reason

Jeanine Banza: on why bad things happen to good people. And the second reason is the curse of the land. The talk is based on Pastor Ed. Kho’s sermon

Jeanine Banza: on one of the past Sundays.

Jeanine Banza: it's based on the fact that at the beginning

Jeanine Banza: at the creation, there was already

Jeanine Banza: a foundation of evil that was created by man himself.

Jeanine Banza: The first people who appear to be in the world disobey God

Jeanine Banza: by eating the forbidden fruit.

Jeanine Banza: you know. To make the long story short, the serpent came with the same tactic or trick he does today.

Jeanine Banza: twisting and manipulating the Word of God. ''Did God say you must not it from any tree in the garden?''

Jeanine Banza: that the serpent, asking the woman. The woman said to the snake.

Jeanine Banza: we may eat

Jeanine Banza: fruit

Jeanine Banza: from the tree in the garden, but God did say, You must not eat from the tree in the middle of the park. And must not touch it, or

Jeanine Banza: you will die.

Jeanine Banza: ''You must not certainly die,'', the serpent said to the woman.

Jeanine Banza: you know, to insist.

Jeanine Banza: God knows that when you eat from it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God.

Jeanine Banza: knowing good and evil.

Cynthia Banza: that

Jeanine Banza: the root of evil at the creation.

Jeanine Banza: the way God conceived the world. There was no evil at all. It was a beautiful world; the lion.

Jeanine Banza: used to play with the sheep altogether. But from this disobedience, evil entered the world. But I would

Jeanine Banza: quickly reminds the audience here that there is no need to feel despair or a sense of hopelessness.

Jeanine Banza: because after the mess up that took place in the garden, God immediately provided. offered

Jeanine Banza: a free remedial which was the promised Messiah

Jeanine Banza: to whoever

Jeanine Banza: choose to accept or to receive him.

Jeanine Banza: In the meantime, we live in a

Jeanine Banza: pride, selfish world, which began with the crime of Abel

Jeanine Banza: who killed his

Jeanine Banza: own brother Cain because of jealousy.

Jeanine Banza: and from this series of hatred crimes, disasters, murders, incests, rapes

Jeanine Banza: enter the world. God did not curse men. But He said to Adam. Because you listen to your wife. And ate the fruit from the tree, about which

Jeanine Banza: I commended, you must refrain from eating.

Jeanine Banza: Curse is the ground because of you. Genesis. Chapter 3, verse 17.

Jeanine Banza: And beside

Jeanine Banza: the curse of the Land created by human

Jeanine Banza: himself.

Jeanine Banza: I will let Cynthia introduce the other reason

Jeanine Banza: some time.

Jeanine Banza: but things happen so the glory of God can be displayed.

Jeanine Banza: Period. Manifested.

Jeanine Banza: It can also be good, God testing our faith

Like. I'll read in John in the Bible, in John, chapter 9, verses one to 3.

Jeanine Banza: As he passed, he saw a man blind from birth.

Jeanine Banza: and his disciple asked him.

Jeanine Banza: Rabbi, who's in

Jeanine Banza: these men or his parents sinned?

Jeanine Banza: That he would be born blind? Jesus answered.

Jeanine Banza: it was neither that this man has sinned nor his parents, but it was so that the work of God

Jeanine Banza: may be displayed in him.

Jeanine Banza: Cynthia, I invite Cynthia Banza, so you can just give your

Jeanine Banza: your insight about this. What do you think sometimes?

Jeanine Banza: Bad things happen.

Jeanine Banza: to good people?

Cynthia Banza: Hi! Yes, thank you for having me. I do. You did make some great points and great use of Scripture there. From the early beginning of time, as you mentioned, like the world was already sinful, we brought sin into this world through Adam and Eve, of course, eating the forbidden fruit.

Cynthia Banza: And so we were already sinful by nature. God did not create that sin, but we brought sin into the world through disobedience. So sometimes the bad things that do happen in this world.

Cynthia Banza: or that we think are bad are really because can be, because we weren't obedient to the Word of God, or things that God was trying to show us, and as a result, it causes terrible things to happen. Sometimes those bad things happen, is not always. God, just saying, Here you go. But it's just because of our own, our lack of obedience and our lack of

Self-control, or being able to discern what the Holy Spirit is telling us and other

Cynthia Banza: sometimes bad things happen because of evil in this world. There is corruption. Some people don't believe in God or are away from the Holy Spirit, so far away that they have evil thoughts or things.

Cynthia Banza: that their childhood that happens, and that causes them to perform such evil acts, and at the consequence of it, innocent lives have to be, you know, taken like, for example, in school shootings, when the children, you know it's regrettable because it's so easy in those situations to say.

Cynthia Banza: if

Cynthia Banza: but why does that get? Why did God allow that to happen? Such as the school shooting. But when it's because of that sin and those people aren't perfect like that person was so far from God, and was just.

Cynthia Banza: committed such an evil act. And that wasn't because of God, but because of that person being away from God.

Jeanine Banza: oh, I love that. It's not because of God, but it's because of this.

Jeanine Banza: from getting away from God. Yes, like, yeah, and I was trying to go deep in.

I love. I love what you just said.

Jeanine Banza: said. And also, like I was saying something. It does happen to nobody there. We don't. We need help understanding. We're not supposed to understand everything, and we will never understand everything, just like you have a baby that is born sick; there is no evident reason for this.

Jeanine Banza: it's just like Jesus. Say here

Cynthia Banza: it was neither that his men seen no his parent, but it was so that the work of God

Jeanine Banza: might be displayed in him. Sometimes

Jeanine Banza: God, things happen so God may be. Glorified.

Jeanine Banza: Do you have something to say about that?

Cynthia Banza: Sure, like, yeah, sometimes, like you mentioned, like, well, bad things do happen. It is a wake-up. Call to remind us that we should rely on God and not on ourselves, and, you know.

Cynthia Banza: not only turns to God when bad things happen but uses those as

Cynthia Banza: to go, give God the glory to remind us like, Wow, I'm still here, although this happened. And that's only because God is not finished with me or is still trying to. That's still time for you to get closer and draw closer to God and listen to what he's trying to tell you through those bad situations.

Jeanine Banza: well, we went just

Jeanine Banza: why do things happen to good people, and why does evil exist?

And we will pray for those who sometimes feel hopeless.

Jeanine Banza: hopeless, who are in a desperate situation or grieving, and don't know why they're suffering; they are asking so many questions since I would like to invite you to pray for Whoever that person is listening to us. That girl hurts so badly that she thinks she doesn't deserve what she went through.

Jeanine Banza: and she's still questioning the goodness of God. I will invite you to pray for that girl out there, please, so we can close.

Cynthia Banza: Sure. Thank you for the time that you've allowed us to share. Lord, some of your word. And just those questions that people may have out there, and for those finding themselves in bad or dark situations, and feeling guilt, shame, or feeling lost or rejection. that you may place your hand over them, Lord, and speak to them where they're at, and meet them where they're at, Lord.

Cynthia Banza: and help them to rely on you for strength, Lord, for and know that you are loving, and you are God of mercy and grace and forgiveness and that they may be able to see

Cynthia Banza: who you are, Lord, and see your light shine in their lives, and that know that you're able to take away all of that guilt, that shame, and that rejection that they are feeling, and be with them and bring them into a new life, and it's in your name we pray. Amen.

Jeanine Banza: Amen! Amen! So subscribe for more episodes. Thank you, and God bless you.

Why Do Bad Things Happen to Good People? With Ketsia Banza.

Jeanine Banza: Last time, my daughter

Cynthia and myself, we got into a deep conversation.

Jeanine Banza: and I remember we kind of

Jeanine Banza: mixed ideas. We stumble over the question to figure it out.

why do

Jeanine Banza: bad things happen to people? Why does evil exist? If there is a good God! Out there!

Jeanine Banza: So many people struggle over this question, and this episode was the most downloaded.

Jeanine Banza: and if you did not get a chance, please go ahead and hit the subscribe button right now, and have access to all previous episodes.

Jeanine Banza: I would also like to say a heartfelt, thank you

Jeanine Banza: to all of you who made it possible for this show to be ranked. Number 86. Yes.

Jeanine Banza: amazing. This is incredible. The Apple cast show

Jeanine Banza: in the education and self-development category. Wow! We made it. We could not do it without you, and I'm deeply grateful for you guys.

Jeanine Banza: who takes time to listen to us to wait to review the show. Thank you very much.

Jeanine Banza: You know. The following Sunday, after my daughter

Jeanine Banza: I recorded the introductory episode of why bad things happen to good people.

We went to church, and guess what

Jeanine Banza: the sermon last Sunday was based on that question.

Jeanine Banza: Wow! And I glean from Pastor Ed's code message to come out with some.

Jeanine Banza: and

Jeanine Banza: on how to answer the question. Why? Why in the world do bad things happen to good people?

Jeanine Banza: where the first reason he mentioned is that life is life.

Jeanine Banza: Life is unpredictable, and we can do nothing about it. There is nothing we can do about it. It happened to everybody. Life is life

Jeanine Banza: in today's episode. We will go over that one.

Reason.

Jeanine Banza: and I will let my daughter at some time come

Jeanine Banza: and and give her insight about that question. And before that, I will comment a little bit.

Jeanine Banza: Life happens. Things happen even to good people.

None of us is immune, and it's because life is unpredictable. I already say that.

Jeanine Banza: But let me say this, even though life is unpredictable, God has a perfect and predictable plan for those who trust him.

Jeanine Banza: Jeremiah, 29, verse 11, says.

Jeanine Banza: for I know the plan I have for you declare the load

Jeanine Banza: plan to props for you and not to harm you.

Jeanine Banza: Plans to give you hope, and a future one

Jeanine Banza: has to have faith, to believe. You have to have faith, to believe in this.

Jeanine Banza: we know that God causes all things to work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Jeanine Banza: Roman. 8, 26

Jeanine Banza: we bring up.

Jeanine Banza: So please give us

Jeanine Banza: give your audience your insight about this. What do you think? Bad things happen

to good people.

Ketsia Banza: yeah. I've been hearing this question lately.

Ketsia Banza: and to me, I feel like Bad things happen to good people? because

Ketsia Banza: I think God allows this to happen so that we lean into him more and have no choice but to, like, need him. I think he

Ketsia Banza: He puts us through all these trials and tribulations and just

Ketsia Banza: life, unexpected events and things like that, things that can bring us down to make sure that we're we eventually, you know, because it takes some people a few events to really

Ketsia Banza: you know. Bring them down to their knees and put them in a state of humility. But I think God just is constantly putting us through things in our lives, to make sure that we're in a state of humility, and that we're just continually bowing down to him.

Ketsia Banza: because when we fall down

Ketsia Banza: he rises up. That gives him more room to enter our lives and allow him to take over.

Ketsia Banza: just all the circumstances where we we weren't made to. You know. Endure all of it alone; you know God puts us through things that.

Ketsia Banza: and that's something. Another thing that people say they say, like

Ketsia Banza: God doesn't put us through things that He knows we can't handle, which is, which is true because we can't take it without him, so we can't do it all alone. That's when we're falling down, you know, hearing the weight of, you know, the crazy things that happen in life and sadness. But

Ketsia Banza: we need to put all that weight on him so that we can be able to get through it. That's what we'll get us through. You know. The bad things in my life are just putting all of our weight on him and

Ketsia Banza: He really wants us to. You know, as we're putting all that weight on him and going through life, you know, leaning on him.

Ketsia Banza: We're leading into his, his knowledge, his word, the Bible, leaning on to that, as you know, our main source of, you know, life, life, knowledge.

Ketsia Banza: and insight, and the more that we do that

Ketsia Banza: the more that we're able to see things, see life, you know, through his lens, through the lens

Ketsia Banza: that you know the way that Jesus lived. That's all. That's the ultimate goal.

Ketsia Banza: and you know, we're never going to be able to reach. You know that perfect state, because only he is perfect, but

Ketsia Banza: as much as we can. He wants us to lead a life that.

Ketsia Banza: is, you know, dependent on his word. And eventually, we start to see things.

Ketsia Banza: as God. You know. The more we seek God, the more that we that's another thing people say. You know, the more that we like

Ketsia Banza: seek Him and search for Him. The more we find him and everything, so that the things, the more things that life throws at us, which will never end.

Ketsia Banza: it starts to get less. It starts to get a lot less heavy.

Ketsia Banza: and you know, it seems like it's unbearable. We can't do it because we're like, Okay, this is happening. Well, you know God's with me. According to God's word, God will get me through as long as I go, and I'm obedient, worshipping, and sacrificing. You know what He wants me to do.

Ketsia Banza: I know that God is. You know God is going to see this through, and we need to make sure to continue to

Ketsia Banza: give him all the glory, and you know, worship him and exalt him

Ketsia Banza: so that we can endure. You know his presence and all of it. Because it's a lot. But you know he's with us through it all.

Ketsia Banza: I would need to continue to humble myself so that He he's exalted.

Ketsia Banza: And he's ultimately over at all.

Jeanine Banza: Yeah, I love this. And yeah, if I would summarize everything you said, we must focus on God.

We must be focused on God.

Jeanine Banza: Yes, basically, yes, and I love. I love. I love to give the example of Joseph's example, in Genesis. In chapter 39, Joseph's brother hated him because he was their father's preferred child.

Jeanine Banza: This cost some hatred and jealousy among all

Jeanine Banza: Joseph Brothers.

Jeanine Banza: and to get rid of him, Joseph's brother decided.

Jeanine Banza: to sell him into slavery.

Jeanine Banza: He was taken to Egypt, and eventually became steward to Pharaoh's officials.

Jeanine Banza: He gets so much favor in Egypt that he is the one who became in a position to rescue his entire primarily from famine in Israel. Did you? Do you get that, Ketsia?

Ketsia Banza: Yeah.

Jeanine Banza: Well, this story

Jeanine Banza: Joseph, the son of Jacob, who was called Israel, is a vivid representation of the fantastic illustration

that even though life

Jeanine Banza: become unbearable, become unpredictable. All things work together for good.

Jeanine Banza: for those who love God.

Jeanine Banza: and that's what exactly is said in a Romains,in Chapter 8,

Jeanine Banza: verse 28, Joseph always seems to do the right.

Jeanine Banza: More importantly, he did for the right reason.

Jeanine Banza: he was rejected by his brother. He was sold out.

Jeanine Banza: and it turned out to work

so good

Jeanine Banza: even for his purpose.

Jeanine Banza: Yes. What do you think about this? Joseph, for example?

Ketsia Banza: No, yeah. It shows that.

Ketsia Banza: I think it shows that as long as you're

Ketsia Banza: just being obedient to God, and you're able, you're so toned into God's Word that you can see him and hear him through. You know all the things that life throws at you so that you're not faced, or you're not really like, put down mentally or physically, in any way, because you know that ultimately he's putting you through this for a reason. And that reason is, you know, it will make you grow.

Ketsia Banza: and you know all of us. We ask for God to, you know. Help us to grow, and a lot of things, you know. Help us, you know, overcome this, overcome that.

Ketsia Banza: But the way that God, you know, does that, and a lot of times is he puts us through difficult situations, and a lot of the love that stuff is, you know, tests

Ketsia Banza: But whenever we can overcome those situations by being honed in on God and knowing that God will get us through. That's what you know helps us grow.

Ketsia Banza: I'm just putting us through all those trials, and whenever we ultimately overcome it, you know, that's a growth. And we're just going to bring our whole life.

Jeanine Banza: Hey? Beautiful people of God! It was a pleasure just knowing that you listened to us. We are going to stop here. We just went through the first reason why bad things have good people. Next time we will continue with the second reason.

Jeanine Banza: bless you, and subscribe love, you guys.

Having Hard Time Believing in the Bible? You Are Not Alone!( Full Episode).

Having a hard time believing in the Bible? Been there!

What if the Bible was just another storybook? Before discussing the Bible, I must confess that it was not my favorite book. Like many of you, I thought the Bible was a mere tale at some point. And I will not lie; I became a regular Bible reader during COVID. I did my apologetic research and questioned people. This is why I believe the Bible is trustworthy, and I strongly recommend you consider reading it yourself to gain real enlightenment. However, if you are as skeptical as I was, you will find internal and external proofs in this episode that the Bible is not an ordinary book.

First, the Bible was written by more than 40 different authors to whom God spoke individually on five different continents. These prophets never met or knew each other, yet their revelations coincided. This occurred over a span of 1500 years across five different continents. To make it even more astounding, the Bible sounds so coherent and united! It is impossible for these individuals to have met somewhere and put the Bible together, especially considering they didn't even speak the same language. Unlike today, where people can communicate through Zoom, there were no cell phones, internet, or even phones back then. I bet the phone wasn't even discovered...

Moreover, the topics mentioned in the Bible are relevant and up-to-date. They relate to our everyday issues and provide wisdom and guidance. The Bible does not only contain moral rules and behaviors but also offers a clear understanding of our origins (where we come from), our mission (what we are supposed to do while we are here on earth), and our destination (where we are supposed to go for eternity) after our journey here on earth. Most importantly, in the Bible, God displays His plan of love to save humanity from sin and evil. The word of God in the Bible has healed the sick and delivered them from fear, anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. The power of the word of God is unlimited.

Josh Mac Dowell, an evangelist, apologist, author, and co-author of over 150 books, says, "Now here's the picture: 1500 years, sixty generations, forty authors from different walks of life and places, three languages, writing on hundreds of controversial subjects, and yet they are brought together. There is absolute harmony from beginning to end. No other book in history can compare to this continuity's uniqueness."

Secondly, there is proof inside the Bible that it is the word of God. The Bible contains hundreds of prophecies about nations, specifically Israel. There are more than three hundred extremely detailed prophecies about Jesus in the Old Testament, including the place he was born, how he would die, and his resurrection. No other book predicts things with such precision as the Bible does. Not to mention the prophecies about current events and issues. When it comes to prophecies and reliability, the Bible is at the top. Every sign of the times we see today has already been foretold in the Bible: false Christ, wars, rumors of wars, nations rising against nations, famines, diseases, false prophets who will deceive many, and lawlessness. Men will be selfish, materialistic, arrogant, and proud. Heartlessness, brutality, rebellious youth, godlessness, hypocrisy, hatred, readiness, mockers of Christianity, etc. All these have been predicted in the Bible thousands of years ago.

No other book has been questioned, like the Bible. Besides the internal proofs, external evidence shows that the Bible is the word of God. Many scientists and archaeologists, who were skeptical of the authenticity and integrity of the Bible, conducted research and studies. According to Dr. Nelson Glueck, no archaeological findings have ever controverted a Biblical reference. Archaeology has made fantastic discoveries regarding the authenticity of Bible manuscripts, references, and remains. For example, the skeletal remains of a crucified man were found in a burial cave in northern Jerusalem. There was evidence that his wrists may have been pierced with nails. The knees had been doubled up and turned sideways, and an iron nail (still lodged in the heel bone of one foot) had been driven through both heels. This article was found in the Reader's Digest of June 2000.

Furthermore, the integrity of the authors is evident. All the authors were trustworthy people. The last external proof of the Bible as the word of God is its indestructibility. The Bible has been violently attacked and challenged by pseudo-science, psychology, and several political movements. Yet, the Bible has transformed millions of lives because of its supernatural power. There are several other pieces of evidence about the integrity and authenticity of the Bible. I encourage you to research, just like I did, to understand why I believe this is truly the word of God, and that's why I will be talking about it. In this episode, I have presented two reasons that prove the trustworthiness and authenticity of the Bible. It is a book written by 40 authors who never met or spoke the same language on five continents, and on controversial subjects. Yet, they have come up with similar life-transforming messages in the Bible.

How to Juggle Between Motherhood, Career, School, and Social Media? With LisaOfficiallyLive.(Full Episode).

Jeanine Banza: Let's do it together. Yes, today is a beautiful day here in Dallas. God is good all the time. I am so delighted.

Jeanine Banza: to have a special guest here. How amazing how she was able to lead her generation

Jeanine Banza: through aspirational stories of

Jeanine Banza: perseverance, resilience. And faith. We all need confidence. And we all need people to inspire us on our faith journey.

Jeanine Banza: She juggles so well. I don't know how she does it during motherhood. She's the mother of 4 beautiful children.

She had them back to back while

Jeanine Banza: pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Jeanine Banza: and yet she successfully graduated. She's also a wife. and

Jeanine Banza: at the same time, she is a Youtube and Instagram. If user.

Jeanine Banza: she is a fashion mother.

Jeanine Banza: Yes, she advised me some time on how to put together my outfit and even my makeup.

Jeanine Banza: Her brand name is Lisa, officially Live.

Jeanine Banza: I have the privilege of welcoming Lisa

on our show today. Hey, Lisa, can you please tell me Hello, Hello! Can you tell our audience about you and what you do?

Lisa:Yeah. Sure. First and foremost, I would like to thank you for this opportunity to be, you know, on your podcast today, and this is something amazing that you're doing. And I pray that it will touch so many lives, and people will gravitate towards it and find something that will help them in their lives. So a little bit about me, I mean, this was a

Lisa:: a very great introduction. Amazing First and foremost, I am a believer. I love God, and I mean everything that I have. Everything that

Lisa:: you have mentioned to truly, truly, through God. I. Nothing of this would have been possible with that God so outweighed him. I am a mother, a wife, and most importantly, a child of God. Currently, I am a scrum master. I don't know if you know anything about that. It's pretty much just like product management.

Lisa:: And yeah, I'm really, you know, thriving in that. And one thing about me is I I to learn anything within it. Specifically, And so I'm just continuing that path of learning and, you know, just thriving in my field. So yeah, thank you again for having me.

Jeanine Banza: Wow, wow! That's a wonderful one wonderful. How do you think what you do will make an impact in or make this world a better place?

Lisa:: honestly, one thing as you mentioned, I'm an influencer, although I'm not very active on my influencing app. For kids, it can get very, very big, and life goes on. But

Lisa: One thing I always try to do is maybe share any Scriptures, anything that really comes to mind share, with the world because I feel like, even even though I have few people looking at me or looking at my post. if they could get something out of anything, you know, maybe log in and see something that's encouraging or draws them closer to God, that is fulfilling to me. That's what I feel like

Lisa:: could make the world a better place. If I could say so, that's one thing, at least. Just sharing the word of God, any chance I get? So yeah.

Jeanine Banza: yeah, amazing, amazing, amazing. And yeah, I had. I had something else to say. Here, I say, hey, you started on social media at a very young age, and yet you were too altogether in your teenage age, I believe. I know so many people want to be on social media, not only for bad things but it's really to share their vision. And you grow organically. And now you are empowering young people.

Jeanine Banza: with uplifting stories to make one believe. Yes, it's possible to grow your influence organically.

Jeanine Banza: while you, touching people, live with your message of hope, resilience, and joy. You educate people, you know. I watch. I watch. I used really seriously to watch your Youtube video.

Jeanine Banza: You spread a message of hope resonance and make people believe. Yes, it's possible. To leave this joy despite everything that is going on around uncertain times, job losses, people finishing college and Finding jobs and all living with Loans, debt and climate change, mental pressure, and so on.

Jeanine Banza: So so ha, ha! Ha! But for me, you did it all. You know you graduated from college.

Jeanine Banza: you got married. You got your four kids back to back.

Jeanine Banza: Your story is truly inspiring. What would you tell a young girl who is listening to this show today?

Jeanine Banza: Let's say she's stuck with shame, with guilt. Right? College loans. She probably didn't finish college, but she wants to return to college to finish.

Jeanine Banza: and she does not have decent jobs, she prayed, and she's still not seeing a difference, or she or what do you tell a single mom who is trying to make?

Jeanine Banza: And me, you know, I'll stop them. We annoy. This is to it a long question. So how do you? Till that's younger

Jeanine Banza: out there with listening?

Lisa: Sure, that is, that's a great question. Honestly, again.

Lisa: you know I will reference. God's name over and over again, just because, as I said, if I've made it this far, and I know that

Lisa: God has already promised me this is only the beginning. It's it could only be God, right? One thing I would say, state number one, is, you know, whatever you believe in. I believe in. You know Christ Jesus Lord as my Savior. So everything. I had to

Lisa: really, learn how to run to God when things got even when things got tough because, at first, I didn't. I didn't always run to God. So I'm confirmed that, hey? When things are tough. Run to God. Pray to God, even though you know you're still in that tunnel. It's dark. You do not see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's okay because I feel like while we worship God in our

Lisa:: distress. So when we know we are at our lowest of the lowest points, God truly gives us this hope, this joy that truly surpasses all understanding. It's like everything is going bad around you. But you have this faith, and you have this.

Lisa: peace of mind where it's like, okay. I can make it another day.

Lisa:: That's, and that's the power of God. That's the power and the beauty of God. This great! He is right. So for me. I would say again, you know your, your first point will be should be never to give up. I mean, there are so many things you would think. Oh, my God! You know the kids are running me crazy. You know I have all this depth. I have all this. But remember, go back to the Word of God and read through and through. You can. Even Google, you don't have to know.

Lisa:: The chapter is sometimes I don't even know. But I would say I'll go to Google and see what the chapter is about faith, hope, motivation, or something. What is that verse in the Bible? And believe me; God has been here before. I mean, this world will go and pass right, but God will always remain in His word, will always remain so. You will always find something to keep you uplifted. But your number one should never be to go, you know.

Lisa: hurt yourself, or you know, do things to yourself because you feel like you have no hope, no, as there is hope for living as long as you are living.

Lisa: Trust God, there is hope, and so I like, I said. I've been able to do it only because of God, only because I laid all my worries, all my my my head, heavy weights onto him. And so it was never. It was not always easy. It's still not easy, I mean, every single day. But guess what? We have a bigger God, so.

Lisa:: Man, I love that you wake up every day. Just tell yourself that today is going to be best. Today is going to be better than yesterday. God give me another chance in life. I'm going to thrive. And, you know, find resources. There are so many things online, and you know some good things. Pray for discernment. You have to pray to know. Okay, God leads me.

Lisa: and that's my prayer. And this has always been my prayer. Now it's like God. Put the right people in my path. I want people that will lead me closer to you. That will lead me to my go to my destination.

Lisa: I don't want to be. Let it straight, right? So

Lisa: once you you you stay that prayer every day, and that's it. God listens. He'll put the right people in front of you. And so yes, we'll be able to see. Okay, where do I go from here? What kind of job can I do now that will help me, or who, like? They say, Destiny helper! You have it somebody that comes

Lisa: and help you through your journey. So it's very important to really, truly connect with God and tell him everything. So yeah, it was an elaborate, yeah, that's amazing. So you, the part of God, are your fountain, your source.

Jeanine Banza: There is nothing else. And the good thing you see is one of the things you say that you mentioned. That pleases me. You do not have to have the, you know, like to know the memorized Bible you have just to Google. Now, we have there right in front of us tools that can help us, you know, when we feel, you know, hopeless, you know. Just go. And you know, you Google the word of God about faith, hope, and you. There you find it. And

Jeanine Banza: that's amazing. And I'm going back again to social media because now I know it's an I see I am seeing more and more young people just like you, and even younger, on social media, trying to share the Word of God, which is needed. You know it's needed, and it's a platform where we can reach people.

Jeanine Banza: So. so they I know more. And young people, even like we say, it's not. It's not a bad thing, you know. It's a good thing to share with. Of course, I'm not.

Jeanine Banza: advising people to spend their time there, to have a routine and, like in the daily time, to how to organize the day. And so, for someone there who likes me, I ask you, the advisor, how to grow on social media, right? Because I know my heart is burning with messages, you know I did mention children, ministry, youth, ministry, I shame my word, but I still wrote books, and I know.

Jeanine Banza: I don't know one only, and two people read my book. I know people. I want many people to read my book, so I was trying to tell you.

Jeanine Banza: To ask you. how

Jeanine Banza: do you? For someone who really likes me, a young person wants to grow their platform if they have a vision, you know, an idea for the kingdom to share the message of hope of Jesus Christ.

Jeanine Banza: How do you start? How do you grow? How do you sustain? I ask you? Because, you know, like I say. Even being a wife, a busy mother of 4, and a walking young woman.

Jeanine Banza: you know you, could you you you are doing these things. So how? What do you advise?

Lisa: Yeah, this is great.

Lisa: honestly, consistency is key

Lisa: with anything we do in life, especially, You know, when you want to grow, you have to be consistent, right? Because the people you, you present yourself as this person, and you want you to want an audience, right? You can give them something and then.

Lisa:: or come back, maybe 2, 3 weeks later. Oh, I have another thing, they will lose interest. They will go to whoever is, you know, able to give them what they want every single day. So you have to treat it like that. You have to be consistent. Consistency is key, and you know, obviously not losing yourself within that as well. But still, you know, having.

Lisa: time for yourself, your family, and things like that. So There! There are things such as pre-scheduled posts.

Lisa:: post where maybe you have, like, a day where you dedicate that day to social media. So you create as many posts as possible. If you take pictures, take as many pictures as possible, you, you edit, you work to them. So you give yourself time. You have to have balance. So you give yourself maybe 1, 2 days where you take care of all those social media stuff, and then.

Lisa:: schedule to post to have them posted throughout the week. So that way you don't. It's not like you do the work of creating content and posting content every day because that would train you to one day of social media where you dedicate that time, especially just for social media. So I remember I used to have some time when I

Lisa: wanted to shoot or take pictures. I would wake up super early the day before. Because I obviously have kids, I would ensure that the kids have something to eat. The kids are good, so the next day already spoke with my husband. So he would know, you know, on the weekend to take care of them, and then, I'll get ready to go where I need to be. So I again. I'll wake up super early, like 6, 7.

Lisa: Give me ready, get my make-up, everything like that, and then I will usually go to my friend's house, who, you know, we take pictures together, and so we would take those pictures all of that, and then I come home. Edit, do all of that. So throughout the week, I'll have the chance to like to post them.

Lisa:: you know, as I can. So that's one thing you can do and leverage your time. Very well, so that way you don't burn out because there's a thing there's such a thing as burning out where you it's like, it's like social media every single day. No.

Lisa: So you know, I think, for engaging again.

Jeanine Banza: This watches everything. Everything you just told me here is for me. You know I need to learn, especially when you say that I can pre-schedule my post instead of

Jeanine Banza: feeling that I have to wake up every day and put something. You know I am inspired. If I write every day. I have so many posts, but sometimes it's just hard for me to do. I think I will hire you as my coach; you know to me how to do these things. Funny, I'm serious. I wouldn't have to find time with you to sit with you, so you can show me how to do all these things.

Jeanine Banza: Wow! How amazing we were! We were going toward the end of this beautiful conversation with Lisa before we just left. What did you do? Which kind of a piece of advice?

Jeanine Banza: To a girl who is listening to us right now and who needs to accomplish something but feels stuck and discouraged.

Lisa: So a piece of advice that's that's great. I would say.

Lisa: You know. Put God first, and the second will be determined.

Lisa:: You have to be determined. You know. Draw out your pictures, or put the things that you would want to achieve

Lisa: and look, I was holding you back

Lisa:: and compare and contrast like, okay, is this worth it? Do you know what is holding me back? So whatever it is that is holding you back from achieving your dreams. Drop it.

Lisa: It's still determined. I keep pushing, you know, every day it's not going to be roses, and it's not going to be beautiful all the time. Right? There are going to be rainy days. There's going to be some.

Lisa: you must ensure you have the appropriate tire for each weather type. So keep pushing, I would say, keep pushing, stay determined, and most importantly, put God in the center of everything you do so if you feel discouraged. Yes, it's normal to feel discouraged. But what's not good? It's it's

Lisa: staying in that discouragement. That's what the depression is. So you have to, even if you feel sad; God knows we are human. We're going to feel sad. We're going to feel yeah. But in that midst, call out to God.

Lisa:: and don't stay there, do something that's gonna make you happy, do something that you're gonna feel fulfilled that you did something, and it's gonna release you from all that pain or depression, or anything like that. So don't just remain or do well in that state of discouragement or anything. So that'll be my piece of advice. Yeah. Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!

Jeanine Banza: Do you have where you are? I want it just to tell you to let the audience know where they can follow you, your Instagram Page and your Youtube. And after that, would you please pray for the people who listen to us? So this message of hope can really resonate with them.

Jeanine Banza: And yes, yes, so they can refer to God and to Jesus.

Lisa: And yes, that was the last thing I wanted to say. Sure, sure! Thank you. So, where can you find me? I'm at Lisa officially, live.

Lisa: on Instagram and Youtube.

Lisa: And so, yeah, you can find me on that platform again. I have to practice what I preach, right? I'm not very consistent with God. Yeah, it's in the struggle. But yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and pray. so

Jeanine Banza: thank you for this moment. This was a beautiful moment.

Lisa: You knew of this moment before we even thought of this, and that's the beauty of you all. God. We thank you for making this time at one time, and I pray that whoever

Lisa:: whoever is listening to us right now, Lord, that you would touch their hearts, you would touch their mind, their soul, their body. Lord, yes, so confirm what you want them to do and show them what it is that you want them to do. Oh, God! Lord! I know that so many things are going on right now in the world.

Lisa:: Well, God, we put our faith and hope in you what we know that you will provide an order. We are not ashamed of the gospel. We are not ashamed of who we are. We are yours, oh, God! And you said in your word that you will never leave us no forsakers. So whoever is filling up bending right now, I

Lisa:: find God that you will search God, and you will find Him because he said that we search, search and find the Lord. We will find Him anytime, anywhere. Just call out to Him, and he will make himself available for you. So I pray, and I believe God that this podcast will go far in the mighty name of Jesus West. We thank you, love you in Jesus's name, and pray, Amen.

Jeanine Banza: Hey, may thank you. Thank you. Oh, my gosh, how beautiful prayer! Thank you so much.

Lisa:: Thank you. Hmm.

About me : A Story of Setback and Comeback ( Full Episode)

This podcast is an answer to a calling. I felt terrified at first; however, with so much passion, I realized that we are all connected in so many ways.

First, we all want to love and be loved (that's the need for relatedness), and the other great need we all have is the need for significance (a sense of purpose). Second, we all want to know we matter, count, and have value. Third, we all face some type of challenge in some way. And this is called life. When I look at the hows, the whens, and the why 'you guys have, it seems that I have experienced so many challenges, pain sometimes, and even distresses and tragedies, to name just these. You will learn from me and my millennial guests how I pulled out of a difficult season to rebound and keep going with joy and purpose, all driven by hope. Yes, hope will drive us in this show, and we will be refreshed.

This is my first podcast to you, and I feel like I owe it to you to know where I come from and where I am going — the reasons I do what I do. I have so much to pour from my heart, my experiences (bad, worst, and sound), so you can glean from the lessons I learned about the storms of life and how I overcame those storms. I value stories because I was nurtured during my childhood by stories told by an aunt who is with the Lord. So expect real stories of faith, resilience, empowerment, hope, and joy in this podcast.

Get to know me first; I am Miss Jeanine, a mother of 3 millennials and Gen Z girls. I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the heart of Africa, a potentially rich country plagued by war. The most tragic war is "the rape used as a weapon of war, " which forced millions of people to flee their native land. The Democratic Republic of Congo is also well-known for the scandalous amount of minerals that it carries. If you're holding a cell phone now in your hand or a laptop, you are probably using one of the tiny materials from the Congo that serve to fabricate technology devices.

I left the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1991 to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse in Belgium, a French country. My father wanted me to become a doctor. I went to medical school almost against my will. My father thought becoming a nurse was not enough for me. Many of you may be surprised by my saying this; a nursing career is not considered in Africa. Most of the time, parents want their children to become doctors, lawyers, or engineers. However, my dream of becoming a nurse was supported by my mom. My favorite childhood play was playing a nurse, and for some reason, I was fascinated by needles because I used to pretend to give injections to my dolls and pretend they were crying, and I would then calm them down. Traveling to Belgium allowed me to follow my heart by attending a nursing school from 1991 to 1995. I left Belgium in 1997 to immigrate to the US. I landed in the US in 1997 with zero spoken English. From zero English, I made it not only to become a registered nurse, an entrepreneur in Africa, and a humanitarian but also to be a published author of French and English books.

And none of these accomplishments took place without turmoil, setbacks, pain, and big storms. I remember just a little more than 20 years ago, I worked at a Nursing home in Chicago. I was falsely accused of having a bruise on an elderly person's arm. I got a few days of suspension even though I did not do it because I was unable to. None of these accomplishments took place without turmoil, setbacks, pain, and big storms. I remember just a little over 20 years ago when I worked at a nursing home in Chicago. I was falsely accused of causing a bruise on an elderly person's arm. As a result, I received a few days of suspension, even though I did not commit the act and was unable to defend myself.

However, during my time at home, I took the opportunity to write a letter to the supervisor explaining the truth. As a result, the offender was terminated, and I was able to continue my job of caring for others. This experience helped me overcome the shyness that had plagued me for several decades. It taught me to become bold and realize that God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity but of boldness, power, a sound mind, and love. The Lord delivered me from the spirit of shyness so that I could serve Him and accomplish great things. He will do the same for you.

God never promised that the world would be perfect because none of us are perfect. He never said it would be a place without pain or struggles, but He did promise that He would never forsake us. So we can find peace and take a deep breath, relying on this promise.

He will never forsake you either, no matter what pain, anguish, disappointment in churches or Christian leaders, fears, anxiety, doubt, increasing evil in the world, depression, confusion, or loss you may be going through. Trust the Lord and have a peaceful heart. You have the potential to become whatever you want to be. The sky is the limit.

If you enjoyed this part of the story, I invite you to subscribe to my podcast and share it with your friends.
Why do Bad Things Happen to Good people? Where does evil come from? With Cynthia Banza

Jeanine Banza: we are going to have a controversial question today. Not only is the question controversial, but also it's a popular question.

Jeanine Banza: Hello, hmm. Hi, Cynthia. Welcome to the Millennial podcast show

Jeanine Banza: What

Jeanine Banza: does evil come from?

Jeanine Banza: Where does evil come from? What comes from?Jeanine Banza: What is the root of all these evil things we see today in the world walls disease, injustice, poverty, and pandemics?

Jeanine Banza: How come if there is a Good God out there

Jeanine Banza: Babies die,diseases, poverty!

Jeanine Banza: Who's. Who is to blame for all these?

Jeanine Banza: mass rape in Eastern Congo

Jeanine Banza: violence, murders, domestic violence, kidnapping, human trafficking, domestic violence, children, sexual assault, and so on.

Jeanine Banza: The list is long. Cynthia, really to enter this conversation, to have

Jeanine Banza: your opinion. Why?

Jeanine Banza: how can you?

Jeanine Banza: What can you tell the audience today about all these things happening? What do you think?

Cynthia Banza: Honestly? Oh, well, thank you for having me again. I'm so happy to be back.

Cynthia Banza: I think there are many different evils, and a lot of the time. We won't exactly know the exact answer. Why do these things happen, and we shouldn't? I don't know. I feel like we should not.

Cynthia Banza: so on. Why, maybe those things happen, but understand that there is evil in the world, and that usually happens, because, like, we said, we're not perfect. And the world is not full of perfect people. And there are diseases. And there are pandemics that happen that God allows just because we have already seen them before. And he knew all these things were going to happen because there could be some due to greed, and some due to people wanting more power. And there are some things that are just due to our own.

Cynthia Banza: our own sins, human natures, and flesh natures cause certain things to happen. But the reason why some things happen, especially

Cynthia Banza: those controversial things. It's really hard to make sense of it. But it's important always to trust God and God's plans, and though we may not know why some things happen, they just happen. Everything happens for a reason.

Jeanine Banza: exactly. And I think things happen because of the human nature.

Jeanine Banza: God created

Jeanine Banza: us with a certain type of freedom, really full freedom of the Holy Spirit.

Jeanine Banza: But it's up to men or women to choose how to use that freedom. And because I know I'm asking this question because so many people blame God, what? What is going on in the world? They say, well if there is a good God out there. Why is this happening? But

Jeanine Banza: first of all, at the beginning of the men choose to sin, even though God forbade them to touch a certain tree

Jeanine Banza: they ate the fruit from the tree and ate it.That the first man who did( correction:it's the first woman who gave a portion of the fruit )

Jeanine Banza: who ate the fruit in the garden

Jeanine Banza: fruit, and gave a portion of it to Eve, and since then

Jeanine Banza: since then, sin entered the world

Jeanine Banza: really

Jeanine Banza: for me, as you say, and there is no, we cannot have the answer to all the wise, but the no reason of evil

Jeanine Banza: it is this simple nature.Jeanine Banza: oh, man. We have seen her, and we all need

Jeanine Banza: so bad a Savior, I.

And I think, going from that, what do you think cats are really or what? I just said.

Cynthia Banza: yeah, I definitely think that definitely there. Of course, like I said before, to that we mentioned like you mentioned that since the beginning,

Cynthia Banza: and them eating the fruit, the forbidden fruit. So yeah, there's a lot of things. I mean, some people that blame God are. Probably it's usually in times like it's e easy, just because they're they don't want to look at it. Maybe the

Cynthia Banza: bad things did go on. But some things are hard to make sense of, and it's hard to convey to people. That

Cynthia Banza: why? Why? Why? Like, if somebody passes away, the reasons why, but it's easy to blame God just because out of feelings of anger and

Cynthia Banza: things. But once people really settle and find that

Cynthia Banza: things happen, and you know we're not meant like with death. It's like the heart. We're not meant to live forever with some stuff. It's harder to explain and to kind of make sense of. So it's a very difficult question to ask, why does evil happen? Because I feel like it's much more. It's a little bit more complex. Because, if, like, you said, There, there's something that you mentioned like.

Cynthia Banza: like some sensitive t topics like, why does then why do? Why are children getting killed? Why is there sexual assault happening and things like that? And it's not because people deserve it or at all. And humans deserve it. Other humans are messed up. So that's the difficult part. Well, to understand.

Jeanine Banza: Well, well, this is a an

Jeanine Banza: interesting conversation. We are going for today. Just to stop here and invite every one of each

Jeanine Banza: we are going to have a controversial question today.

Not only is the question controversial, but also it's a popular question. 2.

Jeanine Banza: Hello, hmm. This is Cynthia. Welcome to the Millennial podcast show

Cynthia Banza: What

Jeanine Banza: does evil come from?

Jeanine Banza: What does he do? What comes from?

Jeanine Banza: What is the root of all these evil things we see today in the world walls disease, injustice, poverty, pandemics?

Jeanine Banza: How good.

Jeanine Banza: Baby dies,diseases, poverty!

Jeanine Banza: Who's. Who is to blame for all this?

Jeanine Banza: mass rape in Eastern Congo

Jeanine Banza: violence, murders, domestic violence, kidnapping, human trafficking, domestic violence, children, sexual assault, and so on.

Jeanine Banza: The least is long. Cynthia, really to enter this conversation, to have

Jeanine Banza: your opinion. Why?

Jeanine Banza: how can you?

Jeanine Banza: What can you tell the audience today about all these things happening to go on? What do you think?

Cynthia Banza: Honestly? Oh, well, thank you for having me again. I'm so happy to be back.

Cynthia Banza: honestly, I think there are many different evils and a lot of the time. We won't exactly know the exact answer. Why do these things happen, and we shouldn't? I don't know. I feel like we should not

But it's important to always trust God and God's plans, and though we may not know why some things happen, they happen.

Science and Bible: Do they Assemble or Disassemble? Amazing Facts!

Science & Bible: Assembling the Pieces

In this episode, we will explore the relationship between science and the Bible. While we often appreciate the wonders of science, it is intriguing to note that certain facts mentioned in the Bible predate their discovery by scientists. These remarkable instances encourage us to consider the potential harmony between scientific exploration and biblical teachings. Let's delve into a few scientific facts found in the Bible, some of which were recognized thousands of years ago.

Personal Journey:

Growing up in a Catholic family, I later found myself curious about other Christian denominations. Despite being connected to the charismatic Catholic Church, I had reservations about the authenticity of the Bible. Like many, my faith was influenced by tradition rather than conviction. However, my curiosity propelled me to embark on a journey of reading, thought, and research to explore the Bible's uniqueness and integrity. Over the years, my faith deepened, and I discovered that the Bible is not an ordinary book but God's spoken words.

Bible's Compilation:

The Bible is a collection of writings from 40 different individuals, known as prophets, who had direct encounters with God. Remarkably, these individuals never met and lived on different continents, yet their writings do not contradict one another. This incredible consistency over a span of 1500 years demonstrates the divine nature of the Bible.

Fulfilled Prophecies:

The Bible is unique in its ability to predict future events accurately. It foretells wars, earthquakes, floods, pandemics, and other significant occurrences that have unfolded throughout history. These fulfilled prophecies contribute to the Bible's credibility and reliability as a spiritual and historical text.

Scientific Facts in the Bible:

1) Ship Dimensions: In Genesis chapter 6, God reveals to Noah the primary measures for constructing the ark before the Great Flood. Remarkably, in 1609, a ship was built in Holland with the same proportions as mentioned in the Bible (Genesis 6:15).

2) The Book of Job: Job contains references to several scientific discoveries made in recent times. One such example is the biblical concept of a geocentric universe, where the sun is said to move across the sky. This perspective aligns with early scientific beliefs before the heliocentric model was widely accepted.

While science and the Bible may appear to be distinct realms, exploring their relationship can reveal fascinating insights. The Bible contains ancient wisdom and knowledge that sometimes aligns with scientific discoveries made in later times. This convergence highlights the potential harmony between scientific exploration and biblical teachings. By appreciating the scientific facts in the Bible, we can deepen our understanding and appreciation for science and spirituality.

Let's do it together. Hey? I am enjoying to have as a guest

Jeanine Banza: my second daughter, Ketsia

Banza.

Jeanine Banza: Okay.

Jeanine Banza is a girl who is evolving into a great woman of God.

Jeanine Banza: I am so excited to introduce to you Ketsa Banza; hey, would you tell the audience today about you and what you do?

Ketsia Banza: Hey? Yeah. My name is Ketsia. I'm 21. I just recently graduated college. I'm back in Dallas, where I reside.

Ketsia Banza: I finished with a major and business administration with emphasizing and computer information systems. And I'm not really sure where I want to take that yet. But I'm kinda just.

Ketsia Banza: living in, you know, just going with the flow and what God wants for me kinda I feel like he's telling me to rest right now. So that's what I'm trying to do. But I've also been feeling called to.

Ketsia Banza: Well, I'm sorry. Music is. Music is a big passion in my life. It's literally the biggest passion in my life, singing and making music, and it's a gift that God has given me, and I feel like he's given me that gift to tell others about his gift. So I want to pursue worship, leading and going to Ministry School in the fall, and just seeing where God wants to use me.

Jeanine Banza: Beautiful, beautiful! Is God real?

Jeanine Banza: Can you reach out to God? Is the conversation with my daughter today...

How do you know for sure God is real?

Jeanine Banza: in your life, in my life. It's not that I doubted the existence of God or anything like that. It's not that it's not about that. But I just wanted to be honest here.

Jeanine Banza: I wanted. I was a curious child. I grew up being very curious. I just wanted to sense it for myself, beyond what I have been taught by my parents and grandparents, or

Jeanine Banza: even my religious teachers.

Jeanine Banza: I grew up

Jeanine Banza: as someone who lived for truth.

Jeanine Banza: I search it to find the truth.

Jeanine Banza: I wanted to find the truth of God without having to rely on other humans. That was me.

Jeanine Banza: and that is allowed in Christianity. That's what I finally found out, doubt is okay.

It's okay to doubt.

Jeanine Banza: because in the Bible 1, one time, remember Ketsia Jesus, one of Jesus' disciples.

Jeanine Banza: whose name was Thomas. He doubts it.

Jeanine Banza: he doubts it. He didn't believe it.

Jeanine Banza: the other friends saw Jesus, so he wanted a personal experience with Jesus.

Jeanine Banza: and you, too, can do that.

Jeanine Banza: Not only Thomas, many, many, many people in the Bible doubted.

Especially under a difficult times or in severe afflictions.

Jeanine Banza: The only bad thing is to stay in doubt forever, and not willing to find an answer.

You know.

Jeanine Banza: Once you find yourself in a place of doubt

Jeanine Banza: in this season called doubt.

Jeanine Banza: You are unsure about what to believe, on, what? Not to believe, who to believe?

Jeanine Banza: Go and ask God to find answers. So many people cry out to God to reveal.

Jeanine Banza: They want God to reveal to them. The other person is David. In Psalm 142, verse one.

Jeanine Banza: It's chapter Psalm 142, 1-6

Jeanine Banza: one to 6.

Jeanine Banza: Look, this person who is trying to find out about God. Look what he said. And this is David! I cried aloud to the Lord. I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy.

I pour out before him.

Jeanine Banza: my complaint

Ketsia Banza: before him. I tell my trouble, so it's allowed to step your trouble before God, right?

When my spirit grows fat within me.

Jeanine Banza: It's you who watch over my ways.

Jeanine Banza: I will stop today to let Ketsia come in next time for this wonderful conversation on how to feel God.

Jeanine Banza: thank you for listening.
Intentional God or Accidental Beginning? How did the world start?

Intentional God or Accidental Beginning? Exploring the Controversy of Creation

- Introduction: In this episode, we delve into the controversial questions surrounding the origin of the world from a Christian perspective.

- The Big Bang Theory: The scientific explanation suggests that the universe began from a singularity and has been expanding ever since. However, it raises questions about the origin of the singularity itself.

- Genesis 1 and 2: The Bible provides an alternative perspective, describing the Earth as formless and void until God's spirit moved upon the waters. This implies intentional creation by a higher power.

- Tracing Origins: Analogously, discovering a new car in front of your house prompts the realization that someone must have left it there. Similarly, the complexity and design of the world suggest the existence of a deliberate creator.

- The Bible as a Manual: The Bible serves as a comprehensive manual, tracing the origins of the world and providing guidance on how things operate and how they will end. Its accuracy and fulfilled prophecies set it apart from other religious texts.

- Denial of God: The Bible even predicts that people will intentionally deny God and the book He spoke through. This denial is often motivated by a refusal to recognize the greatness and majesty of God.

- Conclusion: While the debate between intentional creation and accidental beginnings continues, the Christian view of intentional creation offers a more coherent and reasonable explanation for many. The complexity and design of the world, coupled with the guidance found in the Bible, provide a comprehensive understanding of our origins. Through the exploration of these perspectives, individuals can seek understanding and find meaning in the intentional creation of our world.

Are You Having Hard Time Believing in the Bible? You are not Alone!

Is the Bible Just Another Storybook?

- Introduction: The Bible was not my favorite book, and like many of you, I considered it to be a mere tale at some point. However, during the COVID pandemic, I started reading the Bible more regularly and delved into apologetic research. Through my journey, I discovered compelling reasons to believe the Bible is trustworthy. Today, I want to share some of those reasons with you and encourage you to explore the Bible for yourself.

1. Multiple Authors, Time, and Continents: The Bible was written by over 40 different authors, who lived in different time periods, on different continents, and spoke different languages. These authors received individual revelations from God, yet their writings coincided and formed a coherent narrative. Considering the absence of modern communication tools, it seems highly improbable for these authors to have collaborated and united their writings without divine guidance.

2. Relevance and Wisdom: The topics addressed in the Bible remain relevant to this day. It offers guidance on everyday issues and provides wisdom to navigate life's challenges. Beyond moral rules and behaviors, the Bible offers insights into our origins, purpose on Earth, and our ultimate destination. It presents God's plan of love to save humanity from sin and evil. Moreover, the power of the Bible's words has been known to heal the sick and bring deliverance from fear, anxiety, depression, and hopelessness.

3. Uniqueness and Continuity: Josh Mac Dowell, an evangelist, and apologist, emphasizes the uniqueness and continuity of the Bible. Over a span of 1500 years and across 60 generations, with 40 different authors from diverse backgrounds, the Bible covers hundreds of controversial subjects. Yet, it maintains absolute harmony from beginning to end. No other book in history can compare to this continuity and uniqueness.

Conclusion: The Bible's trustworthiness goes beyond being just another storybook. It is a collection of writings that originated from different times, continents, and cultures, yet remarkably align in its message. It offers relevant wisdom and guidance, and its words possess transformative power. I encourage you to delve into the Bible and explore its depths for yourself. In the next episode, we will dive deeper into the topic of the Bible's trustworthiness. Stay tuned!

About me: A Story of Setback and comeback

Welcome to the first episode of our podcast, where we delve into stories of setbacks and comebacks. I'm Miss Jeanine, a mother of three incredible millennials and Gen Z girls. Today, I want to share my journey with you, which led me from the heart of Africa to pursue my dreams in Belgium, and, finally, to the United States.

Growing up in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a country plagued by war, I witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of conflict. The unimaginable horrors, such as the use of rape as a weapon of war, forced millions of people, to flee their homeland. However, the Congo is also known for its vast mineral resources, which play a role in the technology we use every day.

In 1991, I left my beloved Congo to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse in Belgium. Against my father's wishes for me to become a doctor, I followed my heart and attended nursing school. Though undervalued in Africa at the time, nursing was my passion, nurtured by childhood play and a fascination with caring for others. After completing nursing school, I immigrated to the United States in 1997, armed with determination but without a grasp of English.

My journey in the U.S. was filled with challenges, setbacks, and moments of despair. I recall a time when I faced false accusations while working at a nursing home in Chicago. Despite my innocence, I was suspended and unable to defend myself effectively. This was just one of the storms I weathered along the way.

However, through resilience, faith, and unwavering hope, I not only overcame these obstacles but also went on to achieve remarkable milestones. From mastering English to becoming a registered nurse, an entrepreneur in Africa, and even a published author of books in both French and English, my journey has been one of transformation.

In this podcast, you will hear my story and those of other millennials who have triumphed over adversity. Together, we will explore faith, resilience, empowerment, hope, and joy themes.
