I am so glad that I followed my intuition to ask her for this interview AND most importantly she said YES to this interview. After the show Dr Lois said to me, "Always follow your intuition." When you have complementarity on a team, you have so much exponentially more than just your own talent.

One of the best customer experience tips that leaders could learn is to recognize that bigger opportunities can be discovered when leaders inspire their team to provide exemplary service, build better relationships with their customers and take the perspective of "the customer is always right”. Do this if you want to have a customer for a lifetime.
