We were able to see through the eyes of the woman with the blood issue who touched the hem of Jesus's garment and became healed. In her losses, she became desperate.

1. Shift your hope from people to God.
   At times when our hope is in people, we end up in worst situations.
2. Desperation requires faith
   Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word.
   The woman continued repeatedly to say to herself, "If I can just touch the hem of His garment, I will be healed."
   Godly desperation is not contingent upon people encouraging you, but on you encouraging yourself.
3. Desperation responds with action.
   Desperate people do desperate things.
   If you're not doing things other people may not do, you may not be desperate.
   True desperation takes what is heard, speaks it, and goes after it.
4. Desperation will make you go beyond confines.
   The woman with the blood issue went beyond all the confines that religion and law put on her.
   When you're desperate to have things you have never had, you will do things you have never done.

Desperation pulls the heart of God : There were many who pressed on God in the crowd but there was one who made Him turn.
Lets be desperate!!

• He never intended gathering with others (church) to take over the gathering of you and Him.
• He's the God of the mountains, valleys, battlefields, and greenfields.
• You don't look like Jesus by doing more, you look like Jesus by looking at Him.
• As long as you try to get someone to change their behavior, they will never have the time to be with their savior.
• Your light comes from being face to face with Jesus.
• Your light shines before your works - your good works do not create light.
• Light is about intimacy - works is about discipleship.
