This laidback riverside village is a paradise for hiking, food lovers, and anyone looking for maintain scenery. In this video, I’ll take you on an unforgettable journey through Nong Khiaw, sharing the best things to do, where to eat, and the highlights of this stunning hidden gem of a destination in Northern Laos.

After a local Laos breakfast. The adventure kicks off with an unforgettable hike to the Pha Keo Viewpoint, one of the most iconic spots in the area. This trek rewards us with jaw-dropping panoramic views of the lush, mountainous landscape and winding Nam Ou River—views you’ll never forget, I promise you. Saigon Vietnam is Vietnam's food capital. District 2 or Thao Dien is one of my favourite areas for Vietnamese street food. It is a trendy expat area but you can find amazing street food here, especially for breakfast. I start with a roadside Vietnamese noodle dish called Bún Thịt Nướng, where uncle is grilling the pork skewers over coals in front of me. Next, I have an incredible banh mi. Bánh Mì is one of my favourites in Ho Chi Minh City. I eat it at a coffee shop where I have a Vietnamese coffee. Later I find a street stall selling Banh Cuon before finishing up with gourmet homemade ice cream. This Vietnamese breakfast food tour in Saigon was a lot of fun to film and hope you enjoy the video.

Madeira Portugal is full of authentic local food. Madeira food is traditional, simple, high quality and delicious and you won't have to go far to find espetda in Madeira. Funchal is not the best place for espetada in Madeira, most of the places are pretty touristy, but this restaurant is an exception. tucked away 10 mins by bus outside of the center of Funchal, this Funchal restaurant is a must eat on your trip. Eat like locals in Madeira, where you get to cook your own kebab over the wood fire. Espetada is essentially a Madeira beef kebab or beef skewer. But you can have it with any more or sausages. It is traditional Madeira food and found all over the island, from restaurants, to people's homes. Portugal food doesn't get better than this. I filmed at this place 2 years ago on my Joe Parrilla Madeira channel, so it is definitely time to refresh and visit this place again. Funchal is not the best place for espetada in Madeira, most of the places are pretty touristy, but this restaurant is an exception. tucked away 10 mins by bus outside of the center of Funchal, this Funchal restaurant is a must eat on your trip. Eat like locals in Madeira, where you get to cook your own kebab over the wood fire. Espetada is essentially a Madeira beef kebab or beef skewer. But you can have it with any more or sausages. It is traditional Madeira food and found all over the island, from restaurants, to people's homes. Portugal food doesn't get better than this. I filmed at this place 2 years ago on my Joe Parrilla Madeira channel, so it is definitely time to refresh and visit this place again. We will start with breakfast, I will give you a tour of the Sun Princess buffet before I hit the gym for a workout. In is a port day onboard Sun Princess and instead of taking an excursion, I go for a self walking tour around Genoa, Italy. Back onboard, I have lunch at Alfredo's Pizzeria to show you an example of the casual Sun Princess dining options. After lunch, I give you a Sun Princess tour of the cabana deck which is available to those in a mini cabana suite cabin and a cabana suite. I chill in the Jacuzzi before going for gelato and catching some of the Sun Princess entertainment. Finally, I finish with dinner in the Sun Princess main dining room. Today I continue my Sun Princess first impressions and want to show you a day in the life onboard Sun Princess cruise ship as well as all of the cruise food on Sun Princess. If you are worried that you will be bored on a cruise holiday, maybe this video will convince you there is plenty to do and plenty to eat. Princess Cruises is known for it's food so let's see what the food is like on Sun Princess. We will start with breakfast, I will give you a tour of the Sun Princess buffet before I hit the gym for a workout. In is a port day onboard Sun Princess and instead of taking an excursion, I go for a self walking tour around Genoa, Italy. Back onboard, I have lunch at Alfredo's Pizzeria to show you an example of the casual Sun Princess dining options. After lunch, I give you a Sun Princess tour of the cabana deck which is available to those in a mini cabana suite cabin and a cabana suite. I chill in the Jacuzzi before going for gelato and catching some of the Sun Princess entertainment. Finally, I finish with dinner in the Sun Princess main dining room. This is a great example of the Princess Cruise complimentary dining option from, which is available on all cruise ships, including Sun Princess.

Sun Princess, launched in 2024, is the newest addition to Princess Cruises' innovative sphere class fleet. Unsurprisingly, this triggered me, so I decided to film a video called the 4 worst rated dishes in Madeira Portugal to see if they are right or perhaps it was just clickbait and these are actually the 4 best foods in Madeira Portugal. The 4 Madeira foods are: 1) Broas de Mel - the Madeira honey biscuits 2) Espada com banana - The very famous tourist dish of black scabbard fish and banana 3) Milho Frito - Fried cornmeal cubes which you can find everywhere in Madeira, it is a very popular Madeiran food. 4) Bolo de mel - Madeira honey cake made with the local sugar cane. MADEIRA PORTUGAL is famous for hiking. Many people travel to Madeira for hiking because the hiking in Madeira is so good. The best thing about hiking in Madeira is that there is something for everyone. From very challenging hikes to very easy hikes. But both can be equally beautiful and rewarding. Today I want to show you the easiest hike in Madeira, or rather, the easiest Levada in Madeira. Levadas are irrigation channels built over the island to bring water to the drier areas. They now provide some of the best hiking in Europe, with 100s of options all over the island. It is not easy to choose the best levadas in Madeira but this one usually makes the list because it is so easy and because it has a beautiful view at the end. It is perfect for kids, families or if you want something short and easy levada walk. This levada is called PR11 Levada dos Balcões (levada dos balcoes). This is the best levada for beginners in Madeira. After walking the levada, I take you to eat at a local restaurant in Madeira which serves traditional Madeiran food. Just a note, the video quality is not the best it could be because it was such low light when I got there. I went early to avoid the crowds and only had my phone which me to make it easy to film, but it is a lesson learned for next time. I hope you enjoy the video anyway. In fact, Mestia is one of the most remote villages in Europe. I try skiing for the first time in Svaneti Georgia. You might not think of Svaneti as a ski destination. But due to the remoteness, the quality of the snow is great. Skiing In Mestia or Skiing in Svaneti is great. The Svaneti region in Georgia is located deep in the Caucasus mountains. You have spectacular scenery, great powder snow, and of course amazing Georgian food.
