Through that experience, I began to unlock the power of the mind and body connection and began applying mindfulness principles and techniques to areas in my life like eating, parenting, and friendships.  I now work with organizations (over 200 so far!) to design wellness programs for their employees that center around mindfulness.</i></p><p><i>I also teach courses for my community, and also incorporate what I have learned at home. My intention is to improve health, productivity, and happiness of all of my teams. I have been recognized as one of the Top 10 Health Promotion Professionals by the Wellness Council of America and my clients have won many local and national awards for their employee wellness programs.   </i></p><p><i>Most importantly,  I am a real person.  I live in the real world.  I am a wife, a Mom, a daughter, a friend.  I look forward to connecting with you, and working together to be present for the lives we are living.  </i></p>

Due to his keen ability to communicate with training and sales staff, coupled with his excellent customer relationships with developers, the company has posted record real estate sales.</p><p>An avid golfer, Studnicky can be found playing, and working, on the links with clients. Studnicky is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Florida and holds a degree from Virginia Tech. His greatest accomplishments are his two children, Steven and Alexandra.</p>

I believe a great leader flips setbacks into springboards with grit and grace and teaches her team to do the same. I love finding that brand personality and expanding upon it, reinventing it, putting pen to paper and giving it a voice.</p>
