It's almost to the level of an analyst...to dissect something and to understand how important it is to do it right from the very beginning." (~20:31)</li><li>"If I could get [leadership] to understand that implementing a better workflow not only benefits them, but keeps people happy and possibly keeps employees obviously too. Once I did empty out my office and I said, "'I'm done, I'm leaving.' And they begged me and said, 'No, things are going to change.'" (~26:02)</li><li>"Let me do the job of AP manager and not be the AP specialist, the clerk, the admin, the chase it down, drive things to FedEx. I can't even name everything that I do." (~27:52)</li><li>"I actually have hope...that this is not at the end of my life struggling, that there is actually a better thing out there. And you guys [PaymentWorks] I think are the answer to it. I just need to convince other people to see how beautiful things could be with better software and a better understanding of the job."<br />(~32:12)</li></ul>
