In doing so he had to meet his own deep-rooted sense of worthlessness and to befriend it, to say yes you too. The process included menswork, trauma healing, meditation, yoga and lots of other modalities. The inner work did not only bring Olof a regulated nerves system but also a calling to work with de-armoring to give back what he himself received in healing himself.
