We often prioritize work, responsibilities, and everyone around us, while putting our own well-being on the back burner. But enjoying life is part of taking care of you, too.

Make time to laugh. Rest. Travel. Be present. Do the things that nourish your soul, replenish your energy, and physically strengthen you.

Caring for yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually creates a healthier balance for you. Investing in a healthier you can help you live a longer, more fulfilling life.

You may have heard this before…don’t just add years to your life, add life to your years!

What I thought was breaking me was bringing me closer to Him. 

Through uncertainty, the disappointment, the attacks, the unexpected battles, and the moments when I felt like I had to figure it all out on my own, God kept reminding me: I was never alone. 

He gave me strength when I didn’t have it. He protected me in ways I didn’t always recognize. He showed me that sometimes the very things we pray to get out of are the things God uses to draw us closer to him. 

And now, I’m learning that God doesn’t just want to sustain me through the hard seasons, he wants to bless me, restore, me and spoil me in ways I never imagined. 

This episode is a reminder that your hardest seasons don’t get the final say. 

You are stronger than you think and God has been with you every step of the way. 

Growing up, I learned to live around uncertainty. To adapt, to make excuses, and that love could coexist with chaos.

This is part of my journey back to “Discernment”.

Learning to trust the voice inside me. Learning that compassion for someone’s struggle does not mean sacrificing myself to it.

God can gently reveal what we aren’t ready, or don’t yet know how to see.

Sometimes healing means recognizing what you learned to survive as a child doesn’t have to become what you accept as an adult.

Someone you love can continue to create chaos, and walking away to protect your peace is the path to loving yourself.

In this episode, we explore the longing to be seen, chosen, and reassured by others; and the moment we being to understand that no person can fill a space that was never meant for them to fill. God’s love has been there through every season. The quiet moments, the painful ones, and even the times when we felt invisible and alone.

We are truly never alone. God is always with us, placing his love on us. No need to be worthy of it, to compete for it.  You just have to become still enough to recognize Him, open enough to receive His love, and willing to believe that you are already seen, already know, and already deeply loved.

This episode is all about the crossroads we hit in life — the moments where one choice sends everything in a whole new direction.
