Burlesque Artiste, GoGo Dancer, Producer, Comedian, Compere Described as "Explosively Gallus" and dubbed the” Powerhouse of Scottish Burlesque," Roxy Stardust has been dancing to the tune of her own bagpipe since birth.  

She has performed throughout the UK, Europe and has toured the US multiple times. She has shared a bill with some of the world's premier performers and delighted audience members both at home and internationally.

Roxy is a pioneer of the neo-burlesque scene in Scotland. She is recognised globally as one of the top producers of Scottish burlesque and cabaret and is a contributor on the BBC Social creating content about burlesque.  She produces many shows including the "Glasgow Festival of Burlesque" and has played a vital role in the revival of burlesque throughout Scotland.  

She is a frequent and popular host at the Edinburgh Fringe and  and produces Scotland’s only monthly burlesque dedicated showcase. This has her a solid reputations as Scotland's very own "GlasVegas Showgirl."

Obie has been on the circuit for 20 years in Scotland. He headlines gigs all over the country and has performed shows all over the world including Australia, Germany and Ireland. His shows are filled with surreal journeys, observations and a bit of philosophy of life. As well as having brilliant material Obie can easily change gears and go off on a riff and react rapidly to what’s going on in the room.

Obie headlines gigs for a number of clubs around the country and abroad. A list of these clubs include:- Yesbar Comedy Club, Cross my laugh comedy, The Monkey Barrel, Lady Shona Comedy and many more.

Obie has also headlined gigs around Europe including Nutty Annitas in Amsterdam and Cosmic comedy in Berlin.

As well as being a regular headliner around these clubs Obie is a very competent compere and easily sets up a room well for other comics. Obie has also been touring solo shows for 12 years and has build up a regular audience at the Edinburgh festival. He has also regularly performs solo shows around the country and as far away as Australia.

Outside of performing comedy Obie also runs comedy workshops where he not only teaches people how to perform and write stand up, he also helps them with skills that help improve confidence in every day life.

An unusual skill Obie has is that he has a trained memory which when applied he can memorise a pack of shuffled cards. He teaches these skills in workshops for the public and businesses.

Joe McTernan has performed on BBC Scotland’s Television show ‘The Comedy Underground‘, supporting act for Tom Stade‘s tour show, co-created the online (Scottish Comedy Award winning) sitcom M.U.F.F alongside Daniel Sloss and has also written and performed content for BBC Short Stuff. 

Joe is frequent performing at The Stand Comedy Club and the Monkey Barrel. Joe is booked to be main tour support for Steve Hughes for his upcoming 2021 tour show ‘Are you Serious?’.

ThorpyFX is a brand new entrant into the boutique effects pedal arena. Founded in 2014 and releasing its first product in 2015, the company aims to deliver on its promise of producing Superior Fidelity Tone Machines for the Electric Guitar. 

After a full career in the British Army, Major Adrian Thorpe MBE was encouraged by his wife Georgia to follow his manic passion for building effects pedals and make his amazing creations available to the public. Initially Thorpy built pedals as a form of relaxation that allowed him to have pedals better than anything available to buy on the market. Use only the best components available such as Wima and Panasonic capacitors, 1% metal film resistors, Audiophile grade Op-Amps and gold plated PCB's. Use the best quality 3PDT footswitch available, rated for many many cycles and with a smooth action. These are costly to use but quality doesn't come cheap. Use robust construction techniques such as off-board wired (Neutrik) Jacks and Switches to remove physical stress on the PCB.

 Integrate protection circuitry to reduce the potential for damage from incorrect power inputs. Use a custom built, gig-ready enclosure designed to look great and be built like the proverbial outhouse. Be something you are proud to own and proud to use for many years to come.
