It is Tim's belief that more real world skills and experiences need to be added to the curriculum. We seem to be losing some of the basic yet essential skills of rapport building, communication and the ability to endure.

in order to find out if his thought were real or a perception Tim went in seek of some experts. Enter Richard!

We would really like you to get involved in the debate. Listen to the podcast and let us know what you think.

So often it's not what we say but how we say that makes the critical difference between success and failure. In this latest edition of the podcast Tim and Paul are using live current affairs to discuss leadership and communications tips and tricks.

Radio 4 earlier this week were discussing how the government have arguably been too honest in the way in which they have been discussing the latest economic challenges faced by the UK. Is this a good thing or has it created a perception of doom and gloom for a budget that hasn't even been announced yet?

The current generation of children have been described as the lost generation of children who have already lost £40k of future income. Phil Miller the Director of sport for King Edwards School, Witley, disagrees. They have been implementing programs and initiatives that have seen pupils taking back control and designing their own outcomes. Phil was one of the first schools to reach out to the #BecauseICan schools initiative. In this episode he discusses with Tim Bradshaw and Paul Horwood the positive impact that it is having on pupils and parents! His take on the positive lessons that the children are learning as a result of the pandemic is inspirational.

Imposter syndrome is something that is often experienced by the most public and seemingly confident of people. CEO's and international sports people alike often describe the paralysis of performance they have experienced whilst doubting themselves and their ability to perform. Jonny Wilkinson ex rugby World Cup winning rugby player can be heard discussing how he constantly doubted himself leading to compulsive behaviours. In this session Paul Horwood and Tim Bradshaw are joined by Vet and Imposter Buster @Katie Ford. The team discuss their own experiences and how it is vital for leaders to be open and supportive. If you have to say that your door is always open, it almost certainly isn't!
