Life may not always be nice but life is always attainable. This episode taps into all of my mental disorders that I face and have dealt with my entire life.I have spent some time researching these things that I have faced to help me understand why I am the way that I am and why I do the things that I do. I hope that my experience can help others sort through some of the trials that they face. I also talk about relationships with people who have friends, family members, or children and how to maybe make life a little easier or not seem so impossible sometimes. Mental health is extremely important to me and I want to talk about uncomfortable times that I have faced that people might be able to relate to and realize that they are not alone. Please enjoy!

www.clubstocribs.com

Instagram: @ashhelise

Twitter: @clubstocribs

clubstocribs@gmail.com

CTC: Clubs to Cribs- Episode 10- I was Ratchet before Ratchet was cool

You cant have a podcast called "A Degenerates Guide to Parenthood" without having some very degenerate stories. Here is a couple of stories that I have experienced before (and sadly after) that I became a mom. I am sure that I will do another one of these episodes further down the road because of the unfortunate amount of degenerate stories that I have. The ending of this episode has a very lame way of explaining why I decided to share these stories. To be honest though, all of these sad experiences shaped me into who I am today and whether thats a good thing or a bad thing Im not really sure but I have kept me kid alive for almost four years now so I am going to pat myself on the back. Ultimately, these are the semi mild stories of my party days and so if a human that goes through these things can be a mom then anyone can. Try to love those around you who are doing ratchet things or doing things that are clearly a cry for attention or love. Dont love them for the things they are doing to get attention but love them just for who they are. They need it.

Instagram- @ashhelise

Twitter- @clubstocribs

www.clubstocribs.com

She may not be Kevin Heart but she is pretty funny. This episode consists of our first WTF moment submitted by a fellow listener and some random shit AND the first of many interviews with my three year old daughter Emma Grace. I will continue to do random episodes with interviewing her because I think she is the best ever and hilarious. She is the reason that I started this entire thing so I figured that episodes with her in them are necessary. Enjoy!

PARENTS OR ANYONE WHO IS MARRIED!!!!- Please visit my website and scroll to the bottom and send in your WTF moments that you have had while either being a parent or being married! They can be completely anonymous if you prefer them to be but please just specify in your email that you want them to be that way! The juicier the better!! This is somewhat selfish of me because the ones I have been sent are pure entertainment for myself!!

www.clubstocribs.com

clubstocribs@gmail.com

instagram: @ashhelise

Twitter: @clubstocribs

We have reached the end of my long list of failures FINALLY!!! This episode concludes my list of failures that I have reached so far in my life. I am sure that there are more to come but this is the majority of them for the past ten years of my life. I know I have more than this but these are the ones that are actually note worthy or the ones that I am even comfortable enough to talk about. I am extremely passionate about self image and learning to love yourself exactly how you are and what you have experienced. I am no expert at this whatsoever but this is me trying to do so myself. I am finally finding the silver lining and humor in all of these "failures" that I have experienced. Please enjoy and join me on the journey of trying to figure out how to love yourself and become the best mom you can attempt to be! <itunes:subtitle>THIS QUARANTINE STUFF IS SO HARD!!! These are my problems that I have come across or dealt with during this time. Now, I will note that my problems are EXTREMELY small compared to anyone that has actually dealt with the virus itself or have had family members dealing with it. So, maybe just listen if you are in my boat and are also losing their mind! </itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:summary>Marriage. Holy Shit. No one really tells you how hard it actually is. You just have to experience it and live to tell the tale. Parenting is a hell of a lot easier when you have a good foundation with your partner. These are three things that have helped me in my two years (go ahead and laugh at me if you've been married for 25 years lol) of marriage. And how I choose to overcome some of our issues that we have had. </itunes:summary>
