He discusses the importance of culture, respecting elders, history, and 'legacy.'  Eskrima is a positive mindset of discipline, control, confidence, and respect!  In our present day becoming a more peaceful loving society starts with 'you.'  When you translate self love, appreciation, and understanding, combined with effective communication, the results are riveting with love.
