Fear Means Go

If you've ever built something from scratch - a business, a career, a creative project - you probably realized pretty quickly that it's a lot harder than it looks. There's the uncertainty; the moments when you realize you’re the adult that has to make decisions you're not sure you're equipped to make; the times you wonder if you're about to fall flat on your face; and the resilience it takes to keep going when things don't go according to plan.

That's what we’re going to explore on the Fear Means Go podcast.

I'm Karolina - entrepreneur, lawyer, and founder of Artena Law. In my day job, I work with founders, business leaders, athletes, and creatives helping them grow and scale their businesses. And I'm endlessly curious about what it really takes to build something meaningful. One thing I've learned is that strategy and execution are only a small piece of the puzzle. The real work is who you have to become in the process of pursuing your vision.

On Fear Means Go, we talk about the parts of leadership, growth and entrepreneurship that people don't always say out loud - the doubts, the hard lessons, the constant iteration, and the moments that force you to look in the mirror and recognize how you need to level up.

Through my own experiences and conversations with other founders, leaders, and creatives, we'll explore what it actually takes to build something that matters.

In a world that loves to say feel-good things like "what's meant for you won't miss you," we're going to talk about the other side of that story - the discipline, the brutal self-honesty, the resilience, the mistakes and the inevitable failures it takes to get to the highs people celebrate.

I'm so excited to have you here.
