Processing Out Loud

Processing Out Loud is a brave space to go inward, to express intimate thoughts, and heal from wounds that develop throughout life.

I am Ana. I know therapy intimately--both as a therapist and as someone who has been in therapy for many years now.

This podcast was born out of a desire to explore habits, decisions, and thoughts. Without judgment.

Join me in this journey to ultimately see ourselves more clearly, communicate more assertively, and comfortably set boundaries.
