      <description><![CDATA[<p>Episode 4 of 'Beyond the Barbell' dives into the mechanics behind the infamous word "posture" and why correcting it might not actually be the key to getting rid of the dreaded neck or back pain that you feel from sitting all day. Registered Physiotherapist Brendon Ip shares his take on the correction of posture and what it means to find the balance of forces that enable you to be pain free whereas Registered Kinesiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach Cean Bod-Oy takes a look at the movement side of the equation and brings to light some current research that changes our preconceived notions of what "good posture" is. </p>
